I called Joe to look at a problem I was having with the freezer on our fridge icing up, resulting in a warm main compartment. It came as no surprise to me when Joe remarked on the rarity of this fridge, but he knew just who to call and was able to get information that ended up saving me several hundred dollars. He defrosted the freezer and, because he was going on vacation and couldn't get the part before he left, gave me the information and showed me how to install it (which I did). I waited a week to post this review because I wanted to be sure that the easier, cheaper solution worked and it has. Joe was definitely the right guy for me and I truly appreciate how he was able to get my fridge up and running again, all whille saving me money. Thanks Joe!

On short notice, George came in to install a gas cooktop. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the cooktop, but he pointed me in the right direction to sort things out and then made a second trip to complete the installation. George also pointed out some problems I was going to have with the installation of a double wall oven, helped remove the old oven and gave me solid advice for resolving my problems. Service above and beyond the call, as they say. Prompt, completely professional and very personable. I would say that you can't go wrong with GasGuys.ca
