I reached out to GasGuys in order to connect my newly purchased BBQ to my home's gas line. Since this is my first natural gas grill, I wanted to make sure that everything was connected safely. George replied to my call and asked that I send him a few pictures so that he could determine the scope of the work involved. He quickly replied to me and put me at ease by explaining that since a quick-connect valve was already in place (from a previous renovation) it was something that I could easily and legally do on my own. George was even kind enough to offer to walk me through the process over the phone at no charge. Even though I did not end up hiring GasGuys for any service, I would not hesitate to use them in the future or to recommend to friends and family.

Called GasGuys after we noticed a supply line gas leak in our basement and Enbridge shut our gas off - George was upfront with the estimated cost based on description and photos of the site and he was able to come to the house within about 3 hours of our initial call.

He was extremely courteous and walked me through the process of the repair and testing of the gas line to find out if any other leaks existed. He ended up finding 3-4 additional leaks (including providing video of the bubbling during testing) which were repaired, cleaned up a number of other old connectors that were no longer to code and shortened and capped an old gas line that was no longer in use.

In all, I probably could have found a cheaper company to do this repair but I don't want to mess with half-measure repairs to gas lines. The confidence George provided in the thoroughness of his repairs was absolutely worth it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
