Called GasGuys after we noticed a supply line gas leak in our basement and Enbridge shut our gas off - George was upfront with the estimated cost based on description and photos of the site and he was able to come to the house within about 3 hours of our initial call. He was extremely courteous and walked me through the process of the repair and testing of the gas line to find out if any other leaks existed. He ended up finding 3-4 additional leaks (including providing video of the bubbling during testing) which were repaired, cleaned up a number of other old connectors that were no longer to code and shortened and capped an old gas line that was no longer in use. In all, I probably could have found a cheaper company to do this repair but I don't want to mess with half-measure repairs to gas lines. The confidence George provided in the thoroughness of his repairs was absolutely worth it and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Generally very satisfied with how everything turned out with this job with some minor service quibbles. I had a front and back exterior door to replace. Front included a sidelight and a storm door. It took about 3 1/2 months between initially reaching out and finishing the install. Kyle at Clera was helpful in providing quotes for the job and making sure we were satisfied with how the doors were configured. Install was done within a day and the installers seemed very thorough in making sure everything was done right. The lead installer also made sure to note some aspects of the install to me and make sure I was satisfied with it. The reason I'm not giving this a perfect score is I did have a few small issues with how the installers were operating. The main one for me was they were smoking close to the house while working and because the doors were all open it was wafting through the house (I was on the opposite side and could smell it). They did stop once asked. They also came into the kitchen (next to the entrance) in their work boots multiple times to plug/unplug an extension cord and unplugged a device to do so. I would have been happy to open the garage to have easy access to an outdoor outlet if I had realized and been asked. Lastly, there were a few points in the process where I needed to make multiple attempts at reaching out to get a response about a question. So overall, it was a fine experience apart from a couple small gripes, but I'm very happy with the finished product.

Had a rush fridge repair as the main compartment wasn't cooling properly. Eric from Best Appliance Repairs responded to the service request almost immediately and gave an overview of the diagnostic cost and procedures. Eric was able to come check the fridge that afternoon, discovered the cause of the issue, and gave us an upfront price if we wanted to proceed. He had to return the following morning with the part required but spent at least an additional half-hour to provide us with a temporary fix while we waited for him to return with the working part. Overall we were impressed with the service, communication and response time we received and would hire them again.

They were able to able to visit our home within an hour of sending out a request and gave an upfront price range based on my description. All aspects of the job were thoroughly inspected upon arrival. They were also very friendly and very respectful of all requests. Once they determined the cause of the issue they cleared the blockage (tree roots were blocking the main sewer line out of the house) and tested to make sure the issue had been solved. Afterwards they gave options for potential future work that would need to be done as a result of the pipe being penetrated by roots.

Had a basic exterior door installed at the back of my garage and Dino gave a very reasonable quote after coming out to measure the existing door. Dino was always quick to respond to questions or requests and the installed door looks and functions great. I plan to use Dinos Reno's for future projects.
