They arrived at 10:20 and left at 5:45. Very fast and efficient, super clean install, and very tidy on the clean up. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in replacing old heating or Ac equipment.

Mandarin installed a Goodman multi stage furnace, cased coil, humidifier and 3 ton air conditioner on one of the hottest days in July. Brian and his team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish and it couldn't have been a more comfortable experience. Brian was prompt in answering our many questions via email or phone. His team were respectful of our home, wearing booties and doing clean up. His price is half of all the other quotes I'd received and although I wasn't sure about Goodman, after reviewing their warranty and service I was comfortable going with Mandarin. Cool air distribution in the house has improved immensely and the AC unit is very quiet. Brian took care of registering the warranty for us and applying for rebates. Mandarin is a no frills company, advertising on Kijiji, committed to customer satisfaction. I'm very glad we called Brian.

I was referred to them by one of my co-workers who mentioned to me they are the best ..I called Brian and he was so cooperative and enthusiastic person. he came to my house in Newmarket when i wanted him to be...we discussed everything in details . Then i heared a hot heatfront (the hottest on record)is coming..i called Brian to expedite the installetion before the heatfront comes...he did squeeze the installation between his busy schedule and sent his team...his team is so polite and know exactly what to do, well prepared....on top of this, I paid less than half what others asked for..I strongly recommend them

Their pleasant mannerisms and professionalism was appreciated.
The attention to detail was important due to the location of the piping on the exterior of the house and they were sensitive to our minor tweaks to get it right.

I was looking for a deal for my air conation ,when I saw an add on Kijj and I send an e-mail ,they respond to me right away ,and before they give me a price ,they send someone to take a look ,after that he gave me the best price ,and they came and install the air conation ,and they worked as a team ,and I had renovation going in my basement ,they worked with them ,and they got the job done to %100 ,I do recommend them 100%

bought a 1970's home and the inspector advised the furnace and ac unit will need to replaced as they could go at anytime - i was going to replace when they stop working and given an approx amount of at least $8000 - periodically i would look at some the of the bigger vendors for any specials and came across Brian's add - i as many thought it was too good to be true but read the reviews on this website and gave him a call - Brian was quick to respond and fully explained the process and different brands to me - he looked at the existing units and they were over 25 years old! - by the end of the week the new units were installed and works great! i don't think too many can beat his prices

I recently could not get my heating to work at all. It just did not turn on and the house was freezing cold. We decided to try Mandarin Heating and Cooling because we had a friend recommend it to us. The representative that came over was named Brian, he was awesome. Usually when we have people come in to fix the heater from other companies, they are rude and just come in to get the job done and leave. Brian was the complete opposite, he was respectful of wiping his shoes before he came in, introduced himself and even though it was a short visit (because just the thermostat batteries needed to be replaced) it was a pleasant one. If you were looking for a trustworthy employee, someone who gets the job done AND comes on time to the appointment you can definitely count on Mandarin Heating and Cooling.
