I recently could not get my heating to work at all. It just did not turn on and the house was freezing cold. We decided to try Mandarin Heating and Cooling because we had a friend recommend it to us. The representative that came over was named Brian, he was awesome. Usually when we have people come in to fix the heater from other companies, they are rude and just come in to get the job done and leave. Brian was the complete opposite, he was respectful of wiping his shoes before he came in, introduced himself and even though it was a short visit (because just the thermostat batteries needed to be replaced) it was a pleasant one. If you were looking for a trustworthy employee, someone who gets the job done AND comes on time to the appointment you can definitely count on Mandarin Heating and Cooling.
