Steve recently inspected a home that we purchased in Mississauga and he did a great job. He was through, answered our many questions, was very personable and provided a detailed report at the end. He stood our from the rest because he also provided further support to our questions and queries related to the initial home inspection via email and phone. The only surprise during the inspection was finding out that checking whether the appliances were working was not part of the process. Steve explained the reasons which made sense so we (sort of) checked the appliances ourselves.

In some cases, type A personalities are best on the job! John is meticulous and goes through the house he is inspecting with a fine tooth comb. I've used his services for 2 home inspections so far, and his first one was a life saver that prevented me from buying a well hidden TOTAL DISASTER - the infrared camera John used detected full saturation behind the pretty walls in a "nicely" finished basement. John's email reports are thorough and he's always available for questions during and after the inspection.

John's friendly, professional attitude and great sense of humour are definite assets to the AAA+ service package!

John and Steve did a thorough job and brought amazing enthusiasm to the job. It was clear that they were not trying to run through the house and get out as quickly as possible. It was important for them to show me the areas of concern, as well, not just to have me rely on their report. In infra-red technology is also an amazing thing and gave us comfort on a number of issues on the home. We received top notch service from John and Steve who clearly take a lot of pirde in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Steve recently inspected our home, which we purchased in Grimsby. As first time home buyers we had lots of questions . He was very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and was able to help us gain a better understanding of the home inspection process. He was very thorough when inspecting our house, which helped us to feel better. When we purchased our house we were confident in our decision, mainly based on Steve’s inspection! I am in a process of selling my house, and find John to inspect my home. His professionalism and expertise in the field is very useful in helping me to identify areas of the house for repair. We had Steve of AA Elite Home Inspections out to take a look at our newly purchased home and we couldn't have been more impressed with the job he did.

First of all, he came out on short notice on the Saturday of a long weekend! He was so knowledgeable about everything he looked at, and really took his time making sure he inspected every nook and cranny of our house. We felt really reassured with him there, and he made sure to explain everything to us as he went along. John did a great job inspecting our home prior to purchase. He took his time and was very thorough. He explained everything to me as we went along. I now have a good understanding of the condition of the home and what maintenance will be needed in the future. He found lots of defects that would never have found on my own.
