I am in a process of selling my house, and find John to inspect my home. His professionalism and expertise in the field is very useful in helping me to identify areas of the house for repair. His friendliness and approachable personality has made the whole process very fun and enjoyable. Most importantly, his heart to help his customer goes well beyond his duty. He has discovered a racoon's home on the roof top and he helps me to find relevant Co. for pest control and roof repair. And in the meantime, he helps me to set up a shelter over the hole to prevent possible storm. His work is simply too amazing to be described in words.

Thank you very much for the great feedback Kevin. We really enjoy helping people. Kevin required a roofer right away as a Raccoon made a hole in his roof to gain access to the attic. So we were able to direct him to a roofer and a pest control company immediatly. It looked like it was going to rain so we found a tarp and some nails and we were able to patch the hole to prevent any further damage to the home.
