Above and Beyond We called John in a pinch and needed an "immediate home inspection". We were looking at a house with a potential bidding war and we were desperate to beat the crowd. Not only did John re-work his schedule to ensure that he could assist us, he was a tremendous inspector. He was meticulous, informative, professional and friendly. Even after the inspection was over, John called us back to provide us with further information he had obtained from an arbourist in respect of a potential tree problem. In general, although the whole house purchase process was incredibly stressful, John's guidance, super high tech equipment and friendly manner helped us to feel confident and prepared. His report was detailed and impressive and way better than the "home reference guide" we got from the inspector we used last time. I would recommend John to anyone who asked.

John was very prompt in responding to my request and after an thorough inspection of my house was able to pinpoint where the issue was and went on to provide some practical solutions to solve the issue. John followed-up with me to know if the problem was solved and was very helpful in the process.

We purchased an older home and was grateful that we had John check it out. He gave honest feedback that he backed up with his in depth knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend John and his company for home inspections. John inspected a home I purchased back in April. He takes the time to explain how each aspect of a home works such as shut off valves, furnaces etc. He is very thorough, detailed and knowledgeable. Not only does he point out potential issues, he will advise the criticalness of each. The report provided after the inspection is clear and concise. John is very personable, and willing to go the extra mile to help out. I purchased the package which included the infrared camera. I would not get another inspection without this tool, it's worth every penny. It identified issues which might not have been detected by the naked eye. Thanks John!
