Home Inspection with the Infrared Camera Scan
An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Above and Beyond We called John in a pinch and needed an "immediate home inspection". We were looking at a house with a potential bidding war and we were desperate to beat the crowd. Not only did John re-work his schedule to ensure that he could assist us, he was a tremendous inspector. He was meticulous, informative, professional and friendly. Even after the inspection was over, John called us back to provide us with further information he had obtained from an arbourist in respect of a potential tree problem. In general, although the whole house purchase process was incredibly stressful, John's guidance, super high tech equipment and friendly manner helped us to feel confident and prepared. His report was detailed and impressive and way better than the "home reference guide" we got from the inspector we used last time. I would recommend John to anyone who asked.
