Best Service Ever!!!

Edmonton

It was our first time using Mr. Rooter and it truly was 5 star service from beginning to end. Both ladies I spoke with on the phone were very pleasant and helpful. As for our plumber, we will absolutely never use anyone else! Jamie was amazing - friendly, personable, trustworthy, informative, knowledgeable and skilled! He truly went above and beyond in the service he provided.

Amazing Fast Service

Edmonton

Sewer drain was clogged and flooded the basement. Service came in so quick to help fix and explained to issue/ reason for the clog and how to avoid it. Super friendly and very knowledgeable.

Very displeased with the whole experience.

Very displeased with the whole experience. The technician couldn't figure it out what was the problem. As a certified plumber recommended by the manufacturer, I'm expecting them to know the system, not to learn on my expense. I will never use them in the future!!!

Amazing Service

Sherwood Park

Austin was fantastic. He was at my house within an hour of booking the call. He replaced my leaking laundry line and eased all my fears of my house flooding. I absolutely love Mr. Rooter and will always recommend their services.

Plumbing repair

I always use Mr rooter for any plumbing issues I have. They are always fast and friendly. Austin replaced the galvanized pipe I had very quickly and answered all questions I had. Another great experience with Mr Rooter

Pay 50 dollars to be told your drain is plugged.

Told clearing drain would be between 800 and 4,000 dollars without using camera. A waste of 50 dollars.

Kitchen drainage and replaced fitting under sink

Plumbing review in St. Albert

Slow drainage so had snake clearing done by a different company, but problem wasn’t solved. Kris with Mr. Rooter used a jet scrubber and completely cleared the blockage. Also replaced convoluted plumbing under sink so much more accessible. Great job done!
