My wife and I were totally impressed by Christian and his assistant! They were courteous, knowledgeable, proficient and professional. My only concern was not receiving a break down on the ivoice of parts and labor involved in the 13200.00 charge. I have always received breah downs from other businesses.

Matt was polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and efficiently identified the problem and repaired it. My sink no longer leaks and he suggested improvements to the toilet as well.

Jacob and Addi came by. Great service, friendly, knowledgeable, extremely helpful. Gave plenty of options and willing to work within budget.

Matt came to my house and was able to diagnose and come up with a solution within a few hours, it was great work and came out cheaper than I expected

our sewwer blocked-up at supper time, Christmas Eve. The washing machine was full. The phone receptionist promptly contacted a service tech who phoned us to advise of his likely arrival time to fix the problem. From the first phone call to his arrival was less than 2 hours, very prompt, especially considering the time and date. Brandon immediately assessed the situation, took all necessary steps to clear the line, and had things cleared and functioning properly in minimal time. He had to fight the drain, tree roots and -30*C conditions in doing so.
Brandon's determination, persistence and skill were outstanding. He was friendly, considerate and open with what he was doing and showed his progress on the camera while he worked. His overall attitude and demeanour was of the highest quality. His consideration for our situation was above and beyond what was expected. He deserves a raise.
I would recommend Mr. Rooter without hesitation to everyone who has plumbing needs or situations.

Horrible day made better by good, quick, honest service. Clean and respectful. Explained what happened and what options were. Not a good day when you have sewer backup but it could have been worse if we had hired a dishonest serviceman.

Very impressed with how quickly they responded to my request, and that they were able to replace my water heater on short notice on a weekend. Thank you Andrew for the great service and going the extra mile for us!
