A great company to have work done by. Very clean and professional when on site. It first started off with gaps in the back of my house, where there was previously a deck. The existing brick was no longer available, but the chimney also needed repair. They took down the chimney to the roof line and rebuilt with new brick and used the old brick to fill in the gaps, perfect. Great work! We will be using this company again in the future and will recommend them to friends and family.

First time I contracted Red Robin was over 2 years ago when I needed tuck pointing in the back wall of my garage and I did not know what to expect. They did an excellent job, on time and the cost was exactly what was quoted - no surprises at all (almost too easy!). Since then, they have been back for other projects around the house: parging, brickwork and also to install a brick veneer facade. They are, in fact, easy to work with it: you call in to schedule an on-site estimate, you then receive in writing all costs, next step is to schedule your install date and the work is done to perfection. Do not risk working with another company.

I’m not a mason; I know nothing about rebuilding a chimney nor do I know much about tuck-pointing and replacing bricks. I can get estimates from various companies and inevitably it will come down to cost and professionalism because for the most part I have to trust what I am being told. That is why I chose Red Robin. From beginning to end they demonstrated how a well-run company should work and because of this they won my trust.
The staff members are personable, polite and efficient. John wasted no time coming over to examine what needed to be done and within a couple of days I had a printout of the itemized estimate. The mason and his crew always arrived on time and gave me a basic education on what the team was doing and what to expect. When the work was done they left the area clean and tidy and then David called before they left to ensure I was pleased with the job. From beginning to completion I have no complaints and would highly recommend Red Robin Masonry.

The company was professional and john was very thorough in his quoting. Dave was a helpful contact when the work started. All in all the price was reasonable and we were happy with the quality of work. The guys did leave the place a bit messy and dirty but it's nothing some rain or hosing couldn't clean up.

My century home has required brick replacement, parging and tuck-pointing. As well, they poured a 12'x12' cement pad in the backyard this summer.

After looking at several companies, Red Robin has by far been the most responsive and accommodating to my questions and needs regarding work on the front of my house. I have been working with them for over 3 months trying to choose stone options for the front of my 100 Year old house in roncesvalles village.

John came out right away and priced out the work we wanted on the house. He gave me a quote within a couple of days, which was very competitive with the other offers we had.

We have decided to work with Red Robin and have ordered a Stone Selex natural stone veneer product to install over top of the brick pillars on the front of the house (not the same as original brick) as well as along the foundation of the house (currently cinder blocks).

We are still awaiting installation when the product arrives, but are happy with the service from Red Robin thus far, and look forward to the finished product. See before photos, stay tuned for after!

Dave made extra effort to match the bricks. Work started around the time they had promised and finished on time, Overall an excellent service company. Dave was great to work with.

After finding Red Robin Masonry on Homestars, we hired them to replace two windowsills and repair our deteriorating chimney. The quote they provided was detailed and competitively priced, and they responded quickly to answer all of the questions we had before deciding to proceed with them. The work commenced a few days later, and the mason finished everything up in less than two days as promised. They very closely matched the new bricks to the existing bricks on our 60-year old home, and you can barely tell where the repairs were done, as the finish is almost seamless. The front corners of my century town-home were badly degraded. REd Robin came in , removed both layers of damaged brick and rebuilt it . The brick match is very close, and the quality is excellent. They also rebuild my front door silll replacing a rotten wooden sill with a nice piece of Limestone.
