This is the second project we have hired Royal Crown Aluminum for, and can't say enough good things about this company. First off, their customer service is impeccable. The estimator, Dorian is one of the most friendly and reliable people I have come across in this industry. Dorian was available any time I had questions about the project and guided us throughout the entire process, making appropriate recommendations when necessary. And Alex in the office was super friendly and efficient in booking and organizing the project. The actual work involved a somewhat complicated job as there needed to be some retro-fitting done around our windows. But the team managed to problem solve and everything came together perfectly. The new soffits/fascia look fabulous on the house and we are very impressed with the detailed work. I would not hesitate to recommend or use this company again!

We called Chris in an "emergency" situation when our garage door would not open. Chris was able to fit us into his schedule that same day to come and diagnose what turned out to be a broken motor. Given that we had an old garage door, we decided to replace the entire thing rather than just order a new motor as Chris had suggested. We placed the order on a Tuesday, and by Friday Chris was at our house installing it. Our new garage door looks fantastic and obviously functions perfectly too. Chris was fabulous to work with, he was friendly and extremely reliable (a rare trait in this industry!) and does careful and efficient work. Highly recommend!

We recently moved into a house where the previous owner had filled-in their pool. Unfortunately, the job wasn't well done and we ended up with a sink hole in our backyard. Many contractors wouldn't touch this job, but it was no problem for Allan at the Pool Fill-In People. After phoning him, he gave us a detailed quote in a very timely manner and was able to start within a few weeks once we had agreed to go ahead. The job was a big one and Allan and his crew handled it well, including dealing with the inevitable "suprises" after starting (in our case for example, uncovering very heavy double-poured concrete that wasn't removed during the initial pool fill-in). The crew worked tirelessly for several days to remove all of the old concrete, and re-grade the backyard to get rid of the sink hole. After laying new sod, our bakyard was finally complete. Not only are we happy to have a useable yard again, but it is totally SAFE now thanks to Allan, and it looks great. Special thanks to Linda in the office for all her hard work!

Customer service was great upfront (before the "sale" was made) although it took us numerous calls and emails to have some work fixed that we were not initially happy with after installation. Overall work quality is good and the installer worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done within one day. After posting this review, Royal Crown Aluminum has taken additional steps to ensure we are satisfied customers and based on that I want to give them a higher rating. Aside from the communication issues we encountered, problem has been rectified, and we are pleased with them overall. Thank you to everyone there who helped, and especially Dorian.

The Canaduct technician arrived on time and was very detailed in his work. I had a lot of questions about mold and air quality, and Paul was able to answer them all. Louise was helpful in the booking procedure as well. Great company to deal with.

After finding Red Robin Masonry on Homestars, we hired them to replace two windowsills and repair our deteriorating chimney. The quote they provided was detailed and competitively priced, and they responded quickly to answer all of the questions we had before deciding to proceed with them. The work commenced a few days later, and the mason finished everything up in less than two days as promised. They very closely matched the new bricks to the existing bricks on our 60-year old home, and you can barely tell where the repairs were done, as the finish is almost seamless. We were very pleased with Red Robin Masonry and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you Dave and John for all your help!
