I decided to do some renovation in my house and started with demolition. When I cut drywall, I damaged water line that caused water leak. It was evening and I needed plumber's help ASAP. A friend of mine recommended Mister Plumber. Within one hour plumber came and fixed the problem. Also, plumber gave me quote for plumbing part of my project. Quote from Mister Plumber was reasonable and now I hired them to do my plumbing.

I wanted to address some drain issues in the basement of a 100+ year old bungalow in Toronto. Using Homestars as my primary resource, I contacted and met with several companies. Igor from Mr. Plumber immediately impressed me with his knowledge of his trade. He quickly assessed and clearly explained the issues with the existing system and offered a low-impact, effective and affordable solution that others overlooked.

I did encounter one minor, unforeseen issue that only became apparent after the job was complete. Vlad, the owner of the company, took my concerns very seriously, and ensured that the issue was addressed to my satisfaction. Special mention goes to Slava, who did the initial work and also returned to make the modification. On both occasions he was exceptionally friendly and courteous and left the job site spotless.

I am very satisfied with plumbing service provided by Mister Plumber team. My problem was not simple and easy to fix. My house is 80+ years old and main water service was probably of same age. I could not even install water meter.After contacting several other companies I was pleasantly surprised by prompt response, same day visit of company representative, reasonable estimate. Team arrived right on schedule, did very professional job and clear the site so virtually no traces left after except shining brand new pipes in my basement.

I called Mr. Plumber to get a quote to replace my laundry faucet and install 2 shut off valves. Vlad, the plumber, answered the call and answered all my questions over the phone. He quoted me the price on the phone after understanding the job. His price was fair and that was the price that I paid him upon completion. We made an appointment for next day - he offered to come same day, but it was not urgent for me. He gave me a 1 hr window and arrived when he said he would. I will defintely call him again when needed. Before calling him, I had called 4 other places - 3 had receptionists who could not answer my questions. 2 wanted to charge 60 and 70 dollars to come give me a quote and then if they did the work, that money would be applied to the bill. There was no way they could even give me a ballpark figure they said. One company accidentally hung up and when I called back, she could not answer my questions so the plumber called me back and quoted me $80 more than Mr. Plumber. The final place would send someone out for free, but could not give me even a ballpark figure before coming. I really liked the fact that Vlad, the plumber answered the call and that was the person who came to do the work. His price was fair, he was punctual, courteous and did a great job.

Water pressure in my house was very low because underground water line was made of lead and had small diameter. I got couple quotes from companies that I found on Internet. Best price and solution was suggested by Mister Plumber. They replace underground lead and galvanized water pipe and half inch copper from main shut-off valve for 3/4'' copper underground and 3/4'' PEX in the basement. Water pressure has significantly raised. Now, I can do laundry and take shower at the same time - pressure is OK. Thanks guys from Mister Plumber for excellent work. We discovered a leaking hotwater pipe Friday supper time. Plumber arrived within two hours of our call and fixed the pipe. We were charged exactly what was estimated over the phone. Plumber was courteous and clean.

We called three plumbers, first was a friend's brother, the second was another plumber from Homestars and the third Mister Plumber. Mister Plumber was the only one who called us back or answered the phone.

We are renovating our basement and wanted to install a shower, kitchen sink, move the laundry area, toilet and sink and Vlad gave us estimates of what each would cost over the phone. When we asked if he could come over to give us some ideas and a more detail quote, the very personable Igor came over within a couple of days and recommended the backwater valve and replacing the clay pipes in our basement since we were digging and installing so many new drains anyway. We thought the price he quoted was very reasonable and given the reviews on Homestars, we didn't think we could do much better elsewhere - Plus we didn't want to waste time calling more plumbers who may not even call us back.

Once we were ready for the work to begin, their plumbers came within two days (no waiting around!), dug up more than half our basement with trenches, installed the drains, filled everything back, and was done within a week (half of the time was waiting for the inspector). It was absolutely amazing to see how quickly and efficiently they worked. They were also friendly, courteous and on time. Vlad made sure we kept the info needed for the backwater subsidy application and answered our questions promptly and quickly. I don't know when or if Vlad sleeps since he always answers the phone and responds to emails late at night. The level of customer service and quality of work is simply superb all around. I'm so relieved and happy we went with Mister Plumber.

Victor was clean, courteous, and quick; the job looks great, feels solid, and works precisely as it should. The company guided me through it and the whole job, from initially calling 311 to seeing the city truck drive off after opening the valve signifying completion, was hassle-free and only took half the day. It wasn't a particularly challenging job I suppose but it was tight quarters and he did a good job of work. I used these guys for another job recently too, they did that well also. Recommended.

I called Vlad at 5:15 pm about a leak in a pipe. By 7 pm everything was fixed for a reasonable cost. Since the repair was not at my home, Vlad did a wonderful job of keeping in touch with me to let me know how the repair was going. He let me know when everything was finished and the tenant said the work was done well and the site was left clean. I was very happy dealing with Vlad.

Vlad was able to replace our mixing valve very quickly and professionally. He was respectful of our home (kept everything clean!). A bonus was that he was able to do this by providing the best price! I would highly recommend Vlad.
