Mister Plumber

This is my second review for Mister Plumber but for a second job. This time we replaced the entire drain system in the house including the old Cast Iron stack in the basement. They dug up the basement floor where required removed the old pipe and put in brand new ABS.

The guys were professional, didn't charge more than the estimate, and were great at teaching me a little bit about how the system works. They finished quickly and I couldn't be happier with their work.

Thank you so much once again guys for an excellent job. I have already recommended Mister Plumber several times and encourage you to let them do work on your next project.

We had a faucet burst over the winter and checked out plumbers on homestars The plumber came as promised (same day service) and stuck to the quote he gave over the phone. He explained the work and gave very clear instructions on how to winterize the faucet.

Vlad from Mister Plumber gave us quote for sewer line repair and backwater valve installation. Other companies did not suggest to install backwater valve and to use City of Toronto rebate. So, our drain pipe was repaired and we got $ 1250 from City of Toronto. For us this is big saving. Plumbers from Mister Plumber did great job and I recommend them to those who have drain issues. I hired Mister Plumber because this company has outstanding reputation in replacing of old lead and galvanized pipes across Toronto.
They installed 3/4'' copper underground line from property line to my basement, moved old water meter couple feet as I requested. Price is reasonable and service is prompt. Good job!

I've used Mr.Plumber twice. Vlad helped me on one occasion & Igor on another occasion. They are both extremely professional and easy to work with. Very friendly. They went above and beyond for me considering my situation. I live in a condo and it's extremely difficult to find a Plumber that is willing to come out to a condo job that's reliable and at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I joined just so I could write a review.

A few weeks ago my tenants told me they had a NEW but non urgent kitchen faucet leak as well as reminded me about a previous bathtub faucet leak/drip (long standing). So solely on the word of mouth of my sister, I arranged for a quote & repair with a company “A”.

When the “A” tech/plumber arrived to my home several days later - I KID YOU NOT – I was quoted $1000+TAX (incl parts & labour) FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE LEAKY KITCHEN FAUCET as well as another $1000+TAX to replace the BATHTUB FAUCET! Yes - $2000 PLUS TAX to replace 2 faucets. I literally DIED on the spot. Simply unbelievable.

When I asked why the price was so high the “A” tech/plumber explained seeing as it's an old condo unit my factory original Delta kitchen faucet was hardwired directly into the condo's water supply line THUS they would have to "cut" the lines and put a new valve adapter etc... but at least I'd be getting a SPANKING NEW fancy faucet with sprayer. I was also informed that my Mixet bathtub faucet was SO old, parts could not be found to repair it so it'd have to be replaced - and this would mean cutting tile, labor intensive work.

After paying the diagnostic fee I felt despaired, immediately came off the phone and went onto Homestars.com - and found my ALL NEW FAV contractor with RAVE reviews - Vlad of Mr Plumber. He answered on my FIRST phone call. I described told to him IN DETAIL the problems as above, and he said he could come the next. The next morning, he in fact sent his tech Igor who then replaced 1 of the 2 faucets (the kitchen faucet) for ONLY $180 + tax (using not 1 but 2 valve adapters) AND quoted me only $450 to fix the bathtub faucet (parts & labor included!!). Literally - 1/5th and 1/2 of the prices I had been quoted JUST a DAY BEFORE me.
You can imagined how relieved I was (but shocked at the disparity in pricing :S)

SO FOR THE SAVINGS AND HONESTY I received, I am SO HAPPY to have found Mr Plumber and will use them AGAIN AND AGAIN. I will go tell it on the mountain. His company did great work and charged FAIR & REASONABLE prices.

Awesome! I'm building a new bath at home and a friend reommeded I should use Mr. Plumber. Dealing with them was very easy from the first momment. Their problem-solving approach was very professional and effective (it was not an easy job what thay had to do.) They price was very in line with the service. Finally, my wife couldn't believe how clean they kept everything!
I wouldn't call anyone else in the future and will certainly recommend them to any friend.

Mister Plumber did the job quickly and professionally. This is late review. The cupper pipe was installed about eight months ago. There is no sign of leakage so far. The budget was increased though, but for the reason. They are good specialists and reliable people.
