I was greeted with my least favourite scenario on entering my basement today - blocked pipe backup meaning "soil" (if you know what I mean) was all over the floor, ugh. Plunger didn't clear it. Drano didn't clear it. Snake didn't clear it, I was down there for hours. What a mess. I looked for a high-rated plumber here on HomeStars first and Kem wasn't far away from me (M6G) - he and his helper arrived promptly and took care of the problem in as professional a manner as anyone could wish. They were quick, they were polite, they left no mess and the price was IMO reasonable for the work done. I will definitely make them my first call next time I need a plumber! Highly recommended.

Excellent. Mike inspires confidence and then follows through with high-quality work. He and his crew worked quickly, cleanly, all was done to my total satisfaction (and that of my experienced general contractor), and they didn't leave a mess. The mess in the pictures is from the other work that's going on! Mike was not the first quote I got from a company on Homestars. I would recommend calling him prior to signing up with one of the larger companies employing professional salespeople - the price difference was quite significant. I felt like the other guys were HUGELY overpriced, when Mike talked me through what the actual costs were. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat, I wish I'd met him five years ago.

Victor was clean, courteous, and quick; the job looks great, feels solid, and works precisely as it should. The company guided me through it and the whole job, from initially calling 311 to seeing the city truck drive off after opening the valve signifying completion, was hassle-free and only took half the day. It wasn't a particularly challenging job I suppose but it was tight quarters and he did a good job of work. I used these guys for another job recently too, they did that well also. Recommended.
