This was our third time using Waterworks for plumbing service and continue to be very satisfied with their service. Larry V. was very knowledgeable and personable, and we appreciated the work he did, especially when seeing the extent to which the old faucet would not cooperate with being removed. The work was professionally done, the price was known before work began and he had recommendations on a couple of other matters which we'll be following up on. We would continue to recommend Waterworks without hesitation. The work is done on time, done right and there is full price disclosure at the start. Again, we're satisfied customers and would not hesitate to utilize Waterworks for plumbing service in the future.

We needed to have the roof replaced and are glad we decided on TitansRoofworks to do the work. We had previously unsatisfactory experiences with 2 other roofing companies that had done repairs and saw one other company putting up shingles in the area near our house and we were not impressed with what we saw happening. After reviewing the Homestars reviews for Titans and doing some independent research into brands of shingles and approximate pricing for what we were looking to have done we gave Titans a call to arrange for an estimate. Responses to any questions both before and after the estimate was obtained were quick and Shawn and the office staff were always ready and willing to answer any questions we had and there were a number of questions. Once we had decided to have Titans do the work we met with Shawn and quickly felt that he knew what he was doing and cared about the work and his customers. What also impressed me was the importance he placed on the safety of the crews he hires. We have a very high and steep roof which presented it's own challenges especially during the hot days the work was scheduled to be done. The recommended skylight replacement and upgraded venting as well as using the specific brand of shingles recommended all made sense to us after discussing the matter with Shawn so we also had those items done and are glad we did. The price was fair and worth it for the better quality materials and feeling of trust in the company that did the work, as well as the quality of the work that was done. The roof looks professionally installed including very neat and clean lines. In short we are pleased with the customer service experience with Titansroofworks, please with the roofing work done by TitansRoofworks and would highly recommend them to anyone else needing to have roofing work done.

Josh was personable, courteous, careful and professional and he clearly knew what he was doing. The job was completed well within the expected time frame and to our satisfaction. This is our second time using WaterWorks for plumbing matters and we would definitely use their services again. Setting up the appointment for a time that was best for us was simple and there was follow-up shortly after the work was completed to ensure we were satsified with what had been done. The company lived up to the high ratings they've received on Homestars.
