The finished job looks good to me. Their quote was professional, including optional work/optional pricing. The crew was professional and friendly. They had all the tools to do their job safely and efficiently.

We were recommended Titans by a friend when it came time for us to replace the shingles on the roof. The team at Titan's was incredibly responsive, provided a quote quickly, and scheduled things well. They were also very prompt in answering questions about types of shingles, brands, etc., which was very much appreciated. We were advised about the top-up of the insulation, and that it was efficient to do it while the guys were up there - we took advantage of this, and are happy we did. There was a bit of a snag with the timing of our job, but they were very proactive in letting us know and working with us to get our job done as soon as possible after a slight delay (just a weekend). They were on-site early and were done in a day, with new shingles and topped up blown-in insulation and clean up around the yard. The install team was very professional. Only a few missed bits needed to be picked up, which is much better than expected (friends of ours were picking up things for weeks (different roofer) after getting their roof redone). Their work was done to quote with no unexpected "add-ons", which was appreciated. The costs were what we expected, if more pricey than others I seen, but the workmanship shows - writing this review well after our new roof going on in order to see how it's held up...everything is ship-shape, unlike a few other recently redone roofs in the neighborhood after a winter and wet and windy spring.
I would (and have) recommend Titan's to friends who are looking to get their roofs redone.

Workmanship and professionalism of workers and staff was top notch. Only thing that needs to be improved is the communication. On the day the crew was scheduled to arrive they did not show up but I was not contacted as to why. I had to call the production team to find out why. Also, on the day the crew did come to replace the shingles, they just left without informing me as to when the flashing work was going to be completed. Again, I had to call the production team to get answers. I understand schedules change and things happen that are unforeseen but you need to keep your customer informed. Other than that, I was very pleased with the work Titans Roofworks performed and at a very reasonable price.

Titans responded to our needs in a timely manner. Communication was clear and concise and follow up to any queries on our end were responded to quickly. Work was done professionally and efficiently.

I highly recommend Titans RoofWorks, they did a brilliant job on my roof recently. The whole process from start to finish was great, from the pre-roof inspection, going over the quote with Don, dealing with staff at their office and their onsite crew. Their quote wasn’t the cheapest but not at the high end either, the quality use of materials, workmanship and warranty in my opinion is worth the price rather than penny pinching and chasing builders that won’t honour their work.
While I was waiting for the work to commence, I had slight leak due to the heavy rain, it only took one email to Don and the team was available and took care of the leak without charge – that’s customer service.
It took 2 days to complete the roof and it looks fantastic, my surrounding neighbours were complementing the work that was done. Now complete, you can defiantly see a difference in material and workmanship compared to the other roofs replaced in my neighbourhood buy other roofers.

We engaged Titans after a very sudden, short blast of wind blew a ridge cap off our roof, into our backyard.

We scoped out our options and settled on Titans. And the summary view is that we were overall very satisfied, and we would provide them with repeat business.

We were anxious to have the roof situation addressed, and so initiated contact by phone, and via email through their website, and were pleased with speedy response on both fronts. Discussion with the contact person was pleasant, and gave us a pretty good degree of comfort by portraying a realistic-sounding range of possibilities. The appointment was set up for 3 days later, with the concerning caveat of, ‘depending on how jobs currently underway go…’

Ultimately, they did fit us in on that 3rd day, late enough into the indicated window that I called them 1 or 2 times, seeking further confirmation, as rain was expected that night. But yes, one technician in a pickup truck did show up that afternoon. The technician was friendly and confidence-inspiring, scurried up, assessed the damage, came down with a plan of action that was within the range of possibilities previously discussed on the phone, to our relief.

The actual repair was quick. The ridge cap was replaced with a mix of new and undamaged, recovered shingles. The decision to go that route was a bit of a compromise made in the face of a forecast of rain that night. Presumably, the re-used shingles were fine, and his supply of shingles didn’t include a particularly good match. Hopefully, our neighbours don’t mind too much…we aren’t concerned as the ‘patch effect’ isn’t visible to us. We did feel the need for a repair then and there, but I did afterwards regret not asking what the price impact and associated timeline would have been if we had held out for a closer match on the shingles.

An 9 out of 10, which is quite a fine grade one I’d have be happy with in most of my own endeavours, and I would give Titans additional business in the future. An absolutely firm, assertive indication that they would indeed get to my house before any possibility of rain, and the good fortune of having the right shade of darkish-medium gray shingles in the truck, would earn that ‘10’.

I interviewed and had quotes from several highly rated reputable roofers. They were all good but Titans came on top of the best. My roof was leaking in two spots, they responded to my emergency call and fixed the leakage at no cost to me. They came back later on to do the complete re-roofing and finished in one day and fraction. They were very courteous, professional and cooperative. Thanks to the whole team with special reference to Shawn, Lisa and Mike. I surely recommend using their services.

Only leaks when it rains.....
Very dissatisfied with the quality of work done by Titans Roofworks and with the attempts at fixing the multiple leaks that have resulted from the roof shingle replacement and flashing adjustments.
We now have a roof section with electrical wiring for lighting that leaks right above the front door which will be quite dangerously icy in winter, there were no problems before Titans Roofworks was hired to replace the roof
First attempt by Titans to fix the leaks consisted of ineffective re-caulking...
Second attempt by Titans to fix the leaks, I was informed by Titans worker that 'At least two or three places the caulking was not done effectively'...
Third attempt by Titans to fix the leaks, I was on the roof when the shingles above the bay window that I was told "had been trimmed down for aesthetic reasons" were discovered to be clearly letting water into the structure of my home! After adjusting these shingles the leaks moved position...
Following this Titans started to suggest that maybe the problem had nothing to do with any work they had done and maybe it was my responsibility....
Fourth attempt by Titans to fix the leaks, appointment was made but nobody called or showed up at the scheduled time...
I called and suggested that the 2 small gaps that had been exposed by the flashing profile reduction might be contributing to the leaks.
Most recently an email from the owner suggesting I go up and seal the 2 small gaps between the bricks that were exposed because I accepted his recommendation of reducing the profile of the flashing due to "aesthetics" and they would "take it from there"....
Went up on the roof myself and sealed the 2 small gaps between the bricks that had been exposed by Titans when I accepted the reccomendation of the owner to reduce the profile of flashing, re-caulked a few additional poorly done areas, 1.5 years later the leaks now appear to be all sealed. There were at least 2 leaking areas after Titans "finished replacing our roof".
Needless to say at this point I certainly would not recommend Titans if a weather proof roof is what you are looking for. Stress and headaches with lots of placating ineffective attempts at fixes has been my experience ending with having to go up on the roof myself and finish the job.
Additionally in several places including the more recently redone bay window the shingles do not appear to sitting flush.

Excellent work. The roofer named Kevin replaced shingles that were missing on our roof due to high winds. He did the job in one hour.

I had a roof leakage on the garage roof , got a good response and flexible appointment , the technician who checked the roof and repaired it gave a clear details and well explained the situation on roof in a way I can understand .
