I had a leak in my roof. I called 4 companies to get an estimate. Only Titans Roof Works showed up for the appointment. Received excellent customer service from Lisa, Caitland and Mikhail. Leak in roof was fixed right away.

I have a roof leak due to problem with one part of my flat roof where it meets the slanted portion. The flashing on the whole side needed to be re-done. Titan sent Mike out who looked it over and explained the problem to me. The scheduled a fix within a short span of time. We just had very heavy rain and there is no leak. Mike was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to have work on the house.

After carefully reviewing three final estimates we selected offer
provided by Titans Roof Works. It was an excellent choice, I want to
underline. From the first step, taking measurements and providing
estimate, through the follow-up and coordination from the office, to
the actual job on our house, while taking care of our property while
doing the job, we have always felt protected and safe. Once
completed, job was verified, in a detailed and a timely manner,
which shows high level of customer care. Very professional service
from everybody from Titans, nice and friendly people, both in the
office and a technical crew.
We will always be happy to recommend Titans Works, well deserved.

I obtained 5 estimates and chose Titan. It wasn't the cheapest estimate but was also not the most expensive estimate. I chose Titan because Paul (Roofing Specialist) did a superb job of explaining the whole process in detail. I have never had to replace shingles before so I had many questions...questions that prolonged the estimate to approximately 2 hours. I appreciated Paul's expertise, honesty, patience and professionalism. The roof was started on Nov 4 and was completed the next morning on Nov 5. I had Titan add attic insulation to R50 and also the daylight hours are less so the work could have been completed in one day. The crew working did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. The roof looks great. Titan also did not want any deposit and only wanted payment when the job was completed and any or all concerns were taken care of. Overall, great experience with Titan.

The work was done on time and the men were very good with the clean-up of their materials and the debris from the roof replacement. The workers were polite and very professional in their interaction with the family.

Hello - highly recommend Titan Roofworks! Pricing was better than the competition for the quality of shingles/installation services. Titan Roofing put together a detailed plan and estimate on the work that needed to done and executed against that plan. My roof took 2 days and both days the team showed up on time (so nice when a contractor shows up on time) and answered all my questions. Great work, and would definitely contract their services again!

Very hardworking and quick team that was sent to my house fantastic job well done guys. Very thuro cleanup and price was very competitive against other estimates. Roof looks great!

I am very happy with the service from this company. I got 4 roofing estimates and although Titan was not the cheapest, it was the most comprehensive and professional. Don was very good in explaining the work to be done and detailed each item on the estimate, something the other companies did not do clearly.

The roof was replaced in one day. The crew did an excellent job of covering plants and our back deck before the work began. After completing the roof they did a great job cleaning up. A few days later a Titan inspector came by to review the work and install the front flashing.

The company is very professional and thorough. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about getting a roof replacement.
