Workmanship and professionalism of workers and staff was top notch. Only thing that needs to be improved is the communication. On the day the crew was scheduled to arrive they did not show up but I was not contacted as to why. I had to call the production team to find out why. Also, on the day the crew did come to replace the shingles, they just left without informing me as to when the flashing work was going to be completed. Again, I had to call the production team to get answers. I understand schedules change and things happen that are unforeseen but you need to keep your customer informed. Other than that, I was very pleased with the work Titans Roofworks performed and at a very reasonable price.

There is some trickery to scheduling as our contractors will wait out the rain, and sometimes call the job off for the day without notifying the office, but of course we'd like improve on this.
Also, we will have to bring back our notifications to let the customer know we are returning for the final inspection and flashing finishes. A separate tradesman applies his craftsmanship to the flashings and does an inspection. The issue we came across is that the customer wanted to be around for these too, which was too difficult to coordinate as there is a very small window of time to arrive, but at least the customer would be in the loop, so thank you once again for your feedback, and we value your business.
