Dealing with a rat problem

I absolutely recommend Swat Wildlife. We were able to get appointments the very next day, and they sent a great technician. Derrick helped us figure out a plan, and then got it going. Everything was explained well, and the work was great. Would use them again.

Pest control

Very professional and friendly service. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable representatives. I have two babies and they were very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns! They were also very quick to respond !!!

Dealing with monster (racoon) under the deck

Called and they came the same day. Installed all the wire mesh and one-way door. Super efficient and courteous. Easy paper work and payment (paperless Yeah!). Hopefully won't have to but would definately use them again. Great job.

Racoon removal

Identified racoon routing to roof, installed barrier pins and set a baited trap. Photographed racoon damage to skylight and gavexus copies. Knowledgeable and courteous.

Squirrel eviction

Pest & Animal Control review in Markham

Arrived right on time - got to work quickly and set up apparatus for the humane removal of the squirrels from our attic. The squirrels were gone later that day and no sign of them since then! Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

Emailed on a Thursday night .. got a call at 9:00 am Friday .. Saturday morning Derrick was on site and had the cap installed right away . The quote I received on the phone matched what I was charged when the job was completed. Very professional and a refreshing change from many other service / contractors I have dealt with in the past. Will definitely recommend them in the future .

Attic mice treatment

They came on time as promised, I'm glad they didn't waste my time. The person who came for the treatment of the mice issue in my attic was knowledgeable about mice/rats; where they may have come from and how to get rid of them. The treatment was done a couple of days ago and I was told to give it about 10 days for the baits to take effect. Hopefully we'll be rid of the mice soon. I'm glad to get a 6 month warranty on the treatment. So far satisfied.
