Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Have had problems with racoon for several months. She never went away.

Finally called SWAT based on reviews.

Randy came and checked out house (ex. hiding spots) did a professional inspection.

Since there are many entry points in my Bloor West house, decided trapping was best option.

Randy set the trap and two days later when we checked, the racoon was there.

Called SWAT (voicemail) and within two hours, somebody came by to pick up the trap (apologies to new 'owner'....it is what it is).

All in all, great service. Good job SWAT and Randy.

First, thanks to all the people who took the time to write reviews. This helped us choose SWAT and we were very pleased. Like that company is paperless. Like that appts set up in 2 hour windows. Randy arrived promptly, conducted a thorough exterior and interior review and identified that mice were in the attic. He addressed the issue and we will know within the week how successful it was. Knowing there is a 6-month warranty brings peace of mind. Appreciate knowledgeable staff and would recommend to others.

Randy is very friendly and professional in his job and explained to me all details about how should we prevent the incidents and give lots of good suggestions.

Very prompt response from Patty to the phone message I left, and had service at the house the same day, THANKFULLY!! Randy arrived and did a thorough exterior inspection of where the 'uninvited, unwanted' creature may have gained access to the house. He found the likely entry and blocked the space and installed a one-way door. He clearly explained his reasoning for decisions he made, and was very friendly. Wont hesitate to recommend or call them again.

Randy came to check whether animals had made their way into my attic. They had not, thankfully. He was extremely thorough and explained everything.

Randy showed up at my door, early for the appt that we had scheduled, ready to go. He did a very thorough outdoor inspection of the roof & all around the house. He then went up into the attic and that's where we found the problem. He then offered different solutions for me which was appreciated. Overall I thought he was very informative. He knew exactly what to look for and what to do about my rodent issue. I would definitely use SWAT again should the need arise.

They took care of our squirrel issues immediately and very proficiently.

Randy was great at his job. He came to do an inspection because we had raccoons tearing up our roof to get in. Very knowledgeable. Friendly and professional!!

SWAT has been great, very efficient and responsive. We called them to remove a skunk from under our shed and Randy came by that same week to block off all the tunnels and potential den holes with wire (and added a couple one-way doors for the skunk to leave from). Thanks Randy!
