Randy was very helpful and knowledgeable about wanting to help us get rid of our squirrel problem in our attic. Very reasonable rates compared to other companies that quoted us.

Second time using SWAT. This time because RATS! Got the most upbeat, professional and knowledgable technician imaginable -- Derek. Turns out he and his wife Patty own the company. He worked with me to come up with a game plan that was affordable and completed the job quickly. Felt confident I could call them anytime and they'd back up their work 150%. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Add them to your home care contact list immediately.

I heard and saw some racoons on my roof and called SWAT wildlife. I was given a quote over the phone and the next day a tech. Named Brian arrived at my door and on time. Brian was very thorough, inspected the roof and attic and showed me pictures and videos of the entrance points. He gave me a quote and some options before proceeding with the work. Brian is very knowledgeable and through and I’m very happy with his work.

Randy was very professional and throughout in the search for what caused the raccoon or squirrel to get into our roof. He searched the entire outside of the house and roof to make sure he knew all entry points. He was very sympathetic to our frustration and ensured us that he could help. So far no more noise in our roof. Thank you Randy :)

I called SWAT because a raccoon had detached a vent on my roof and entered my attic from there.

When I called the company Saturday evening, my call was picked up immediately (did not go to voice mail as with other companies I had tried) and I was responded to by a courteous and informative customer service representative.

Unfortunately, there were no appointments available until Monday noon.
The technician actually arrived a bit before noon which was most welcome!

After inspections were done, (inside and outside) a one way trap door was installed. It will be removed within a week and the roof repaired to original. I also had the company install “raccoon-proof” mesh covers on all the remaining vents to avoid future “trespassers”.

Again, I was treated courteously and all my questions were patiently answered.

He is now awaiting my call to do further work that will include closing the entry point. I no longer hear the squirrels. Great work!

The request was swiftly handled, a specialist was dispatched for the next day and Randy showed up promptly for our appointment. Randy was outstanding. He was diligent, thorough and took the time to understand the situation and was very investigative to help identify the source of our problem. We thought we had squirrels so he did a thorough examination of our roof, roof lining and property to figure out their point of entry. Turns out, everything was fine and it was simply mice in the attic. He went into our attic and did another thorough examination and took photos to help explain the situation. He was insightful to provide a picture of the situation in the attic and also noted a few things about our insulation and venting in the attic that we might want addressed. He explained the solution and set up the bait thoughtfully and walked me through what would happen. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased and I'll definitely be contacting these folks again. Randy is great!

Surprisingly, we had a response from our email request within hours. The man came the next day, repaired 3 holes and left a trap in another larger hole.
Service was quick and cost was reasonable. We got this referral from my daughter in the city who also had a very good experience.
