Second time using SWAT. This time because RATS! Got the most upbeat, professional and knowledgable technician imaginable -- Derek. Turns out he and his wife Patty own the company. He worked with me to come up with a game plan that was affordable and completed the job quickly. Felt confident I could call them anytime and they'd back up their work 150%.
