Great work promptly done!

I called at 11 am and squirrels gone by 2 pm!
Screens installed on roof vents, scared the squirrels away!
Now the chimney is empty and capped.
And I don’t expect they can return.
I’m thrilled!

Checking my back roofing, I noticed a lot of damage to the right eave. Having too much previous experience with this, I found this service via Homestar ratings in the T.O. area. Not only did they take care of the problem but their service people were very nice and friendly.

I needed help assessing the rodent situation in our backyard and was hoping for a humane solution. Luckily the technician that did the inspection was compassionate and understood my concerns. He put my mind at ease, and recommended a humane and reasonable solution. Randy gave me lots of suggestions and patiently answered my questions. His service exceeded my expectations.

Chimney trap

Randy was at my house right on time. Very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked my roof and attached mesh around chimney entrance . A little while later I could hear something moving the mesh and sure enough it was a squirrel that nested in my chimney. I feel bad, but no more rustling in the chimney wall. This is day 1. Very efficient. Wish they could give seniors a discount. Never asked if they offered one.

Raccoon Removal

Randy came to install a one way door to our attic to get rid of a raccoon. He inspected the perimeter and sealed off another dormer. 10 days later Randy came back and sealed off the other dormer. Very professional and kind and shared a lot of information!
