When we spoke yesterday on the phone I did mention to you that other preventative work was suggested at the time of our visit last November 2019 which was declined then. (Stated on your invoice)
further more the weather conditions were poor at that time and instructions were made to follow up when the weather improved.
You are also semi detached home perhaps the miscommunication came from that.
You definitely do you have a one-year warranty with the work that we did last year however if there is new work to be done which means a new entry point then new service charges will apply.
