Swat Wildlife and Insulation

Heard nighttime noises in attic over a period of 2 weeks, and assumed an animal had entered. I contacted SWAT based on good Homestar reviews, and the fact that they offered cleanup services (not sure if I would need it or not). I was able to secure a same-day appointment. Randy, the technician who was dispatched to my house, first climbed to my roof to do an exterior inspection for signs of animal entry, even though it was snow-covered in parts. He then entered the attic from the inside and found evidence of mice. He left baits and advised me that it would take 1-2 weeks for nighttime attic noises to abate. Randy was very polite and easy to deal with, answering all of my questions and explaining the SWAT guarantee and to call back if there is still sign of mice after the 2 weeks. Fingers crossed! Overall, I was very pleased with dealing with the SWAT team in dealing with my situation.
