Randy, the senior technician, provided excellent professional service.
His knowledge and experience with this kind of issue was very obvious. He inspected the area and pointed out the need for a one-way exit device from the suspected location of the rodents. After installing it he also ensured that an exhaust fan from the dryer was also covered with mesh screening. He spent considerable time explaining rodent behaviour and how to mitigate it around homes.
He will follow up after 10 days to check on the situation and remove the one-way exit device.
We are very impressed by the professionalism of SWAT Wildlife.

Randy was on time for our scheduled appointment and called ahead to let me know he would be on the way. He thoroughly assessed our exterior roof and inside our attic and found the source of scratching in our attic. After showing me pictures of the hole that the mice had made we proceeded with treating the Attic and also having a small potential exterior access point closed off. Randy was courteous and thorough. We needed seasonal mouse prevention and treatment. Once again, Swat provided excellent service! Rob was a great communicator about his arrival time and his plan of action; he was friendly and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection of our property, and he identified and blocked up several potential entry points. He strategically placed a number of bait stations and made sure there was a mix of bait types for maximum success.
