Randy, the senior technician, provided excellent professional service. His knowledge and experience with this kind of issue was very obvious. He inspected the area and pointed out the need for a one-way exit device from the suspected location of the rodents. After installing it he also ensured that an exhaust fan from the dryer was also covered with mesh screening. He spent considerable time explaining rodent behaviour and how to mitigate it around homes. He will follow up after 10 days to check on the situation and remove the one-way exit device. We are very impressed by the professionalism of SWAT Wildlife.
