Swat Wildlife and Insulation

We heard scurrying & scratching sounds on roof intermittently. Called SWAT to check. They came on time, spent a good chunk of time on the roof checking for intrusion, and came down with the honest assessment that there was no intrusion happening, and that no further action was needed. The peace of mind was worth the very reasonable fee to see what was going on up there. One small hiccup was that we were supposed to get a heads-up when en route in the window they gave to see us; it didnt come. The ensuing service made up for this small issue.

Rob was a wonderful technician, so knowledgeable and respectful of our home. He made sure to cover his shoes when coming in and explained the reasoning behind everything he did.

It was an excellent experience and I will certainly recommend him and Swat Wildlife.

We previously had SWAT over to deal with a skunk underneath our porch AND raccoons under a back deck. We were so happy with their punctuality, professionalism and effectiveness. We had them return for preventative mouse treatment and the technician was excellent. He was knowledgeable, quick and thorough; he also patched some holes in the exterior of our home which were being used as entry points. Very satisfied!

We've had a problem with squirrels on a neighbouring townhouse unit's roof or attic for a few weeks now, and the sounds drove my daughter straight out of her room! Rob came today and gave us so much information about the habits of squirrels and raccoons, thoroughly checked our attic for any signs of raccoons (none, thank goodness!), and placed an exit point at the roofline of the neighbour's house that will humanely allow them to exit. Very pleased with his service and this company!

We used Swat Wild life last winter and was happy with their service and results so there was no question why we wouldnt use them again this fall. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and we received excellent service from Randy. He was thorough and provided some good tips for mice prevention. We will definitely be using them for any future treatments.

I did the preventive mice treatment. I was able to get an appointment right away. This is the third time I ask SWAT widlife to come for various reasons and each time they deal with the problem in a very efficient way.

Very prompt response. Derrick and Randy were terrific. Covered those with aluminum so no chance of squirrels getting in again.

Rob from Swat Wildlife did a good job of locating where the racoon entered the attic and installed a one way trap door at that location so that the racoon cannot get back in after it leaves. They came back a week later to close off the access location permanently. Thank you Swat Wildlife for a job well done.

Brian, the Technician was very professional with a good sense of humour. He effectively surveyed my roof and attic determining that it was a mice issue. Brian quickly dealt with the issue and did a thorough job of explaining the solution to my problem.
