Swat Wildlife and Insulation

I heard noises in the attic for 2 days, called Swat Wildlife and they arranged Randy to come the next day. Randy arrived on time, was polite, pointed out the problem and explained the solution. He did a thorough check in the attic and on the roof to make sure that he didnt miss anything and got the job done fast.

Moved into a rental unit and immediately had trouble with noises from rodents. Contacted a different pest control company, and while they were helpful, they likely misdiagnosed the problem and so it never improved. Called Swat for a second opinion and they immediately came to a different conclusion and serviced the property on the same day. So far, so good.

Randy was excellent. He did a complete exterior and interior inspection of our property and accessible areas of our attic. He ruled out various rodents and concluded it was mice. At no extra cost, he added more pellets to try to eliminate our problem. He also did a good job of closing up a hole in our soffit which we have had for many years. Guarantee on the work was also a plus. Fair price for the service.
