Adrian was punctual, professional and polite. His pricing is also reasonable - I had a 10% discount from a coupon printed out from Homestars. He was very thorough and careful in checking for animals and told us that there could also be mice in my attic even though he was only looking for the raccoon. A one-way door was set up to let the raccoon out and Adrian promptly returned one week later to remove the door and seal off the entry point. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I'm very happy with SWAT's services. Price-wise, they're very competitive, plus Derrick was great to work with. Very professional and fast. His work looked great and fixed the issue: the squirrels have left the building.

After being woken in our sleep all weekend, I called Derrick based on his review in Homestars. When he first answered (having someone answer was a definite plus!), he politely informed me that he was booked solid that day. However, he also asked where I was located, and when I told him Markham, he said he could likely swing by as he had another appointment in Markham in the afternoon.

True to his word, he showed up at the discussed time and proceeded to check my property for signs that squirrels had entered, as we suspected them as the culprits. As a testament to his integrity, he commented that the previous wildlife-proofing I'd had done by another company was good and intact, and that there was no work he needed to do as he could find no entry point for squirrels. Therefore, he'd only be charging me a call-out fee.

He then proceeded to educate me that mice can be very loud and, based on my description of the events, he said that they were the likely culprits and recommend bait blocks.

While I'm sure SWAT's wildlife removal and protection services would have been top-notch, it's also nice to deal with someone who has a solid work ethic and the integrity not to sell you something you don't need.

Derek was great to deal with. He was on time (arrived at the beginning of the stated appointment window), friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do.

On his initial visit he installed a one-way door to let the squirrels exit the attic but not get back in.

They followed up about a week later to remove the one way door and seal the entry point.

Much more competitive pricing than some of the other companies I called. Would definitely call them again in the future, although I hope not to need their services!

Hoping to not have to take advantage of their 1 year guarantee either.

Derek is a very professional individual. He came, assessed the situation and completed the job in a fast manner. I would strongly recommend his services to any individual who was in need of them.

There was a raccoon in my basement bulkhead. Derek came to the house within 18 hours of my call to evict the rascal by using the one-way door approach. He was here on time and the job was completed within 1.5 hours. He squirrel proofed the roof vents, cleaned the eaves troughs, cleaned up the racoon feces and replaced the chimney where the racoon entered. Derek has guaranteed his work for one year in writing. He'll come back in a few days to recap the chimney and has promised to replace the other chimney at cost if the racoon tries to enter that way. Time will tell if the solution and guarantee are effective. I've already recommended SWAT to others. 4/5 stars because 5/5 seems artificially high, but so far, I am very impressed by the company.

SWAT Wildlife helped me deal with some squirrels that had borrowed into the walls of our home. They were prompt and carried out their services exactly as they had described. All individuals I dealt with (on the phone or the worker that came to my home) were professional and courteous. I would have no reservations in recommending this company.

We had a skunk living under our deck and it sprayed the dog. I never wanted that to happen again. I found SWAT on Homestars and was really impressed with the fellow from SWAT who came. They came quickly, were super professional and were transparent about their pricing before they started. They were thorough without proposing more of a fix than was necessary. Highly recommended.

SWAT was great. True to their name, they quickly pinpointed the problem, installed a 1-way door for my new resident, and were in and out in an hour.
Definitely good value for the money, and very professional.

My only suggestion to them would be to provide guidance on permanently closing access points. The one way door is excellent, but it is a temporary measure to ensure the squirrels aren't trapped inside. A longterm solution is necessary, as all entry points can be major losses of heat in a home. It is essentially a hole into your roof, so it really requires a proper seal. I had to ask the SWAT technician what to do, and I would have appreciated a more proactive approach.
