Adrian was punctual, professional and polite. His pricing is also reasonable - I had a 10% discount from a coupon printed out from Homestars. He was very thorough and careful in checking for animals and told us that there could also be mice in my attic even though he was only looking for the raccoon. A one-way door was set up to let the raccoon out and Adrian promptly returned one week later to remove the door and seal off the entry point. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Steve responded to my call very promptly and provided me with his expert advice about the trees on my property. His crew, Ian and Drew also did a very good job, carefully removing one spruce and pruning 2 trees. They also removed a crazy growing elm bush for free. They cleaned up nicely before leaving.
