Swat Wildlife and Insulation

We've had issues over the past year with Raccoons getting into our detached garage. I was gone on a work trip for two weeks and came back to a raccoon who had passed away in the garage. Derick and Josh removed him without a trace, removed another live one that was hiding and sealed up holes the raccoons had made all while it was raining. Amazing value for money and highly recommend them.

After a couple of years of hearing scratching noises in my walls (always in the fall and winter), but never actually seeing any mice, I finally decided to proactively deal with the mice this year before it became an issue again. Derick and Josh arrived on-time, were very friendly, professional and honest, and patiently answered my many questions. They did a thorough inspection of the roof, attic, garage, furnace room, and perimeter of the home. They blocked entry ways that they found, and set baits in the garage, basement and attic, where the mice had managed to tunnel through my brand new foam insulation (which I guess is not rodent-resistant as claimed). Since they were already here, I also decided to have my plastic roof exhaust vents raccoon-proofed at a very reasonable cost. I would definitely call SWAT again.

They gave me a detailed explanation of the situation and the work that was done. I would highly recommend SWAT as they are on time, affordable and very professional.

Derek came right on time. Did a thorough ins[ection. Gave us good, detailed feedback. Gave us some leads about getting a Marley roof repair companies.. Came across as honest and straight forward.
Has given us an estimate and we intend to call him once the roof is fixed.

We had raccoons living in our attic for a while. They would come and go as they pleased and would keep us awake at night with all the scratching noises. We called SWAT and Derick showed up as scheduled. He explained the whole process and how the raccoons had several entry points. Derick was fantastic! He secured all the required areas and was super efficient. Derick was very friendly and got the job done. I would highly recommend Derick and SWAT for any wildlife removal issue.

We recently moved into our home and there were signs of mice droppings in the attic and possibly chipmunks getting in the basement. I spoke to Derick and shared my concerns and wanted an inspection done of our roof and block any entry points. Derick was punctual, explained what he was going to do and off he went to inspect, bait stations were used in the attic, garage and basement. He did find 1 entry which he showed us and blocked it too. We feel we were in good hands with SWAT and would definitely recommend them. Thanks for the tips and advise Derick !

I was very happy with SWAT. I had a family of squirrels and birds living in my roof. My first contact was returned promptly (unlike one other "top-rated" company listed on HomeStars that didn't even return my phone call), and they were able to come by quite quickly. After an initial look, Derick pointed out another bird's nest in the roof that I hadn't even noticed. The installation of the one-way door for the squirrel's nest was quick and well-done. He was unable to deal with the bird nests that day, however, as there were still young ones in the nest. But two weeks later, no more animals in my home, and none were harmed. The cost was reasonable, especially given the height of the roof. I would not hesitate to use SWAT again.

My experience with SWAT Wildlife removal was first rate! They arrived on time, assessed the problem and were done within a half hour. Very knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. Highly recommended.

I called SWAT when it became clear from noises that there were critters living in my chimney. It turned out to be a family of raccoons. Ken came over right away and installed a one-way door so they would not be able to get back in, but unfortunately our chimney has no flue, and two days later two baby raccoons actually fell into the fireplace. Cute, but totally freaky. It was a Monday the day before Canada day, and even though it was his day off Ken came back over to remove the babies (and put them somewhere mom could find them). Ken was extremely knowledgeable and competent, and went above and beyond in helping to solve our raccoon problem. The office staff were also super helpful. I would 100% recommend this company.

Right from my first contact with SWAT, everyone I dealt with was awesome. Just relax and let them do their thing. Ken, who came to the house, was clearly and expert in his field. They were also much cheaper than the other few people I called. I can't remember being this satisfied with a home service. Thanks!
