We just finished a long renovation where a lot went wrong, but Farid was a bright spot in an otherwise very stressful process. He was super knowledgeable and friendly, as well as patient and accommodating (I changed my mind about the style I wanted at the last minute, and he just rolled with it.) Everything was done quickly, and the result looks awesome. Soon after it was completed, I caught my husband standing in the bathroom, just staring lovingly at the new shower. I'd definitely recommend Farid and Brazza Glass.

I called SWAT when it became clear from noises that there were critters living in my chimney. It turned out to be a family of raccoons. Ken came over right away and installed a one-way door so they would not be able to get back in, but unfortunately our chimney has no flue, and two days later two baby raccoons actually fell into the fireplace. Cute, but totally freaky. It was a Monday the day before Canada day, and even though it was his day off Ken came back over to remove the babies (and put them somewhere mom could find them). Ken was extremely knowledgeable and competent, and went above and beyond in helping to solve our raccoon problem. The office staff were also super helpful. I would 100% recommend this company.

It's taken me a while to write this review, but I have been meaning to because the experience was so positive. Just before winter, our furnace stopped working. I called a few companies, but Cozy World was the only one who could send someone right away. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and fixed the problem easily and graciously, without making me feel like foolish (was totally my fault), with lots of great info and advice as well. Would definitely call Cozy World again next time.
