Our air conditioner was broken and I called Peter and he came that very same day at the time that we specified. Peter thought that it might need a new part, so he tested it with an old part he had, and when this turned out to be the problem, he came back the next day to install the brand new part. He easily could have just put in the old one and said that it was fixed, but he didn't do that. He took the time to pick up the new part and to come back the next day. I will definitely call Peter again when it comes time to repair/replace our AC unit.

Emailed CCM late evening and got a phone call very next morning. They came at noon and found the problem. Thorough, fast, and no complaints about how hard it was to get to my AC. I have a couple of other furnace related repairs that they said they could help with so will definitely have them back.

I found it very difficult to find someone to do the work I needed. Peter came in and told me it was no problem and that he could do the job I was asking of him. I was very pleased with this Company. The installers were professional in their work and conduct. I will be pleased to recommend this company to friends and family. It was a pleaser working with Peter and his staff. Peter and his team are very punctual and friendly and professional.

Peter arrived at my home to give me a quote on a boiler and in floor heating system. He was very informative on what system I should use and helped me receive the drawings for my permits. He did a great job installing all my equipment that was needed, and he was very respective on my home. Thank you Peter for all your help and I will recommend to all my friends.

Peter has helped our family out twice: once replacing an old thermostat and most recently replacing the electrical portion of our boiler. On both occasions, he's been a true professional. He's a great communicator, very honest in his assessements of the issue and in terms of providing the necessary time frame for the repair. Soon after buying our first home, we noticed that condensation was leaking into our furnace closet every time the air conditioning was run. Climate Change Mechanical came over and quickly assessed the issue, providing both a shortterm remedy and a longterm solution.

They came and installed a new filtering device, which has solved the issue entirely. We would definitey use them again.

When I woke up with no heat in the house I searched homestars for a contractor. CCM has a 10 star rating so I gave them a call.
Jason was so helpful on the phone and came out that day to check my furnace.
He gave me a few options, and tried to save me some money but in the end, I chose to replace the furnace with a high efficiency.
They showed up promplty to install the new furnace and I am very pleased with the way they went about the installation

Our ac was not working when we moved into our house and with two small kids the heat was unbearable. Peter came to look at our ac on a Saturday morning. I have to admit, I have never seen anyone so punctual in this industry. His a ppt was at 9 a.m and he was there before that. He explained to us what was wrong and advised us that he will order the part and install it on Monday. He came first thing Monday morning, fixed the furnace and started the ac. I was so happy with his service, I don't have words to describe their work and professionalism. I would totally recommend them to everyone.

Jason and Peter took the time to answer our questions on their initial visit and on the phone whenever we had them. Since we were comparing pricing and information with other compeitors, we did have to call back CCM a few times. After doing a lot of digging for information, we found that they were the only company that was recommending what was best for us, not what was easy for them or what created the most profit.

The price they quoted was great and they worked throughout the day without any breaks. They went over and above what was required by moving the furnace electrical outlet and changing the orientation of the furnace to make it easier to access. They also replaced a pipe for the A/C even though we had not asked for any service related to the A/C without extra upcharging.

The men were very friendly and personable. At the end of the job, they took the time to teach us how to take care of the system and also cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to any homeowner or commerical business.
