I was very impressed with Nucu and his crew (Tony & Walter). He came over promptly to give me a quote (which was very reasonable) and started and ended on the dates that he said he would. He and his crew came in everyday at 8 am, and when they left around 5pm, everything was always left nice and clean. The job itself was done very well, and we are very happy with the result. Nucu also came in after the shower was complete to help me install a faucet in the washroom as well. He did not have to do this, and I asked him to charge me for it, but he didn't. This was especially generous as Nucu was coming from another Job at the end of the day. Nucu and his crew were also very friendly...they were always very friendly with our toddler son, and he enjoyed interacting with them while they were there. To summarize: - quality work at reasonable price - friendly crew - very organized

Marva provides an excellent cleaning service for our home. We don't have a regular schedule with her, but whenever I ask her to come by, she always makes the time, even on the weekends. The house is always spotless after she leaves and she does a lot of extra things as well without even being asked. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

Our air conditioner was broken and I called Peter and he came that very same day at the time that we specified. Peter thought that it might need a new part, so he tested it with an old part he had, and when this turned out to be the problem, he came back the next day to install the brand new part. He easily could have just put in the old one and said that it was fixed, but he didn't do that. He took the time to pick up the new part and to come back the next day. I will definitely call Peter again when it comes time to repair/replace our AC unit.

This company came in and cleaned the entire townhouse (3 levels + basement) at a very affordable price and did a wonderful job. The place was spotless after they left and they even alerted me to some potential hazards down the road (water damage from dishwasher). I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service!

Chi Co was recommended to me by a colleague. He said that he did great work at an affordable price. He was definitely correct! Chi Co came immediately to give me a quote and then did all the work on time, as promised. He actually ended up doing more than promised (patched up holes in the drywall, painting) because he had more time than he thought. He did the extra painting that we were going to do afterwards just because he had more time! He also fixed some things that were broken and offered to do more (at no extra charge).
