I bought a house that's having two defected pieces of glass, to find out that the previous owner had place an order to replace them with Lifestyle Windows....but he failed to pay the remaining amount, and the company could not install them.
So, i contacted them after buying the house, and agreed with the owner (George) to install them for $300 down from the original asking price $950.
The company sent the labors to install them, and everything was looking fine.
Then, after a just one week, we noticed a crack in the inner side for one of the pieces they installed, while the other one was allowing rain water to leak and passes to inside the house (i found that no silicon was used to seal the glass from outside!).
I contacted the company to acknowledge them, and expecting the owner to call back ....but nothing happened!
I tried back to reach the owner.....but without a chance.
they kept promise me with a call back, and to reply ....but without any hope.
Until one day, and after many trials, the owner was able to talk and say that they have sold the two pieces to me with much less that the original price, and for that there is no guarantee on them!!!!
Even though, he expressed with agreement that his guys did a bad job!!!
I strongly do not encourage anyone to deal with this company at all......a company that works without ethics or commitment cannot give satisfaction to customers.

We had 2 retractable screen doors installed at our new house. The service was fast and professional. We love not having to use the A.C. all the time in the summer. I've recommend Oasis Home Products to several people.

The process to order the retractable screen door was very simple as the product is measured and custom fit on site. The product is excellent and has delivered all the promised benefits. We did experience a problem with the installer though. The particular configuration of our back garden french doors posed a small challenge in how the trim would be installed. There were several possible options. The installer was not very patient with us and wanted to install a trim kit which would create a trip hazard. When my wife pointed this out and offered a suggestion, the installer was quite condesending and rude. He kept interrupting her and had a dismissive manner. Eventually he realized that her suggestion was a good one and installed the doors. Later he acknowledged that she knew what she was talking about; however finished with a backhanded insult. All in all we are pleased with the product. We just found the installation process with our particular installer very unpleasant.

Artem Bogach was the salesman that I dealt with for the front door that I purchased from this company.
He was very knowledgible and professional in all aspects of the work that
needed to be done.
His workers arrived on time and tidied up before leaving.
I would recommend this company to anyone.
