Mimmo was very professional from the very start of the project i.e. quoting to it's completion. He is a true artisan with a great eye for design. His experience and excellent workmanship was evident. His crew was also very hard working and professional. They have clearly learned from the master.

The company was very efficient in booking an appointment and coming to service our range hood. The repair technician was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable when we asked him several questions about our appliance. He was also very professional and respectful of our home. Would definitely recommend this company for appliance repair.

When we met with Freddy we were very impressed as he talked about how he would tile our kitchen floor, which was the first part of our complete kitchen renovation. Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. First, he indicated that he would remove the existing threshold between the kitchen and family room and level the floors between the 2 rooms. Unfortunately he did not level the 2 floors and not only is there a step up into the kitchen, the gap from one end of the threshold and the floor to the other end (10 feet long threshold) increases. At one end of the threshold, the gap to the floor is 1/4" and at the other end the gap to the floor is 7/8". The second issue was that the amount of tile needed for the job was miscalculated. There wasn't adequate tile to complete the job and have a few spare in case of accident. As luck would have it, the tile has been discontinued, so we are out of luck. The third issue was that in a few places, the tile by the wall was cut short, so even when the shoe moulding was placed back it didn't cover the gap in tile. Lastly,when Freddy promised to return to fix the problems, he failed to turn up and never bothered to call to reschedule. When he finally contacted us by email 4 days later, he made no attempt to rectify the issues and denied any responsibility.

We were delighted with the design, manufacture and installation of our cast stone fireplace surround. Due to the unique location and design of the firebox, we required a customized fireplace surround. Multicast was able to delivery to exact measurements a stunning cast stone fireplace surround. The quality of the fireplace was evident and truly reflected excellent workmanship. The installation was completed with care and in a timely manner. Pride of workmanship was evident both in the stone fireplace and in the installation itself. Absolutely delighted with the final product!

Frank and his team did an amazing job painting several rooms in our house. The attention to detail in fixing minor imperfections in the wall, prepping the area and the final paint job was fabulous. Excellent clean up too. They treated our house as if it was their own! I would highly receommend them to anyone.

The Sales person was very professional and knowledgeable with respect to the various roofing options and benefits of each thereby allowing us to make the best decision possible. Pricing was competitve and yet their service was above average. Timely follow-up with respect to installation date. Installation crew were very professional, courteous and most importantly neat and respectful of our property. Would highly recommend them for roof replacement!

The process to order the retractable screen door was very simple as the product is measured and custom fit on site. The product is excellent and has delivered all the promised benefits. We did experience a problem with the installer though. The particular configuration of our back garden french doors posed a small challenge in how the trim would be installed. There were several possible options. The installer was not very patient with us and wanted to install a trim kit which would create a trip hazard. When my wife pointed this out and offered a suggestion, the installer was quite condesending and rude. He kept interrupting her and had a dismissive manner. Eventually he realized that her suggestion was a good one and installed the doors. Later he acknowledged that she knew what she was talking about; however finished with a backhanded insult. All in all we are pleased with the product. We just found the installation process with our particular installer very unpleasant.

I wish all suppliers and installers would be this great. From the initial appointment through to final installation the experience was marvellous. Tommy Tang walked us through all the options, listened to our needs and offered suggestions. Very knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. Meaurements were accurate and delivery of the ordered item was as promised. The installation was not rushed and done very well. Clean up was spotless. All contractors should be this great!

We were extremely pleased from the start of the project until completion. Installers were knowlegeable and very professional. They were very careful as to not make a mess and were respectful of our property. Excellent clean-up. They were very pleasant and customer focused. The product meets and exceeds our expectations and follow-up post-installation has been very good.
