We just had 2 8' patio doors and double entry doors installed and are thrilled with the entire process. Al, in Sales, was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgable and helpful. Raefelina set up our measure and was great. The installers were incredible! They worked for 10 hours and had all of our doors installed in 1 day! They added thicker trim on the patio doors and made sure everything was perfect!

I'm so happy to have had the opportunity to deal with you personally. Your knowledge and perfection and just being "you", a down to earth, easy to talk to person with an understanding and compassion for the other person. You actually made the anticipation of getting the windows installed a pleasurable experience. You knew I wanted a kitchen patio door and you made it happen. As well as all other little details to window above front door and laundry special window in the door. The list can go on, but I did say I will keep it short.
Your installers were fantastic and a pleasure to have around. They were professional, knowledgable, efficient and perfectionists. A job well done from start to completion.

Lifestyle Windows & Oasis Home Products have done installation improvements to our Muskoka cottage on three separate occasions. The screened in porch looks just beautiful and the quality of the work exceptional. The 7 vented door installations were done quickly, without incident and serve their purpose perfectly, allowing air to circulate through all the rooms. Lastly, the awning, which was installed outside an east facing bedroom, leaves a cooler shaded atmosphere on sunny hot mornings. George Hughes' work was creative, precise and without flaws. He is friendly, efficient and very reliable on all fronts when it comes to home renovation. We would highly recommend him and his company to anyone considering household improvements of any kind.

I purchased a new front entry door from Lifestyle (Aurora) in 2012. Recently (Aug. 2015) there was an issue with the interior door handle. Manufacturer's warranty on door handle set was 1 year. Even though warranty had expired, George came out and fixed the problem. Great after sales support, thanks!

I first contacted George Hughes of Lifestyle for some windows, and a roof over my patio. In time i replaced more windows, screen doors, and a patio door. When I needed a new porch enclosure it was obvious that I was going to contact George again. I really can't ask for better support and service. When my 2nd patio door failed, I contacted George again. Yesterday a couple of men came - on time - to install the new one. Again - the service was great. The men were polite, considerate, careful, and did a good clean up before asking me to try the door. I have, and will continue to recommend Lifestyle without any hesitation whatsoever. Thank you George - for everything.

We recently replaced our front doors with Lifestyle Windows and Doors in Aurora. They did a great job and were also able to resolve an issue in a timely manner, working directly with EntryGuard to make sure we got the product we ordered. Great installers too - I would totally recommend them!

There were dozens of choices and George was helpful in the selection process given the colour of brick and style of our home. The door arrived on time and the installation was done neatly and without a hitch. We love our new door - it has improved the curb appeal of our home and I don't expect a cold draft because this door is sealed well. I had my back door replaced and put a retractable screen in Sept 2012. Last summer I noticed small rust spots that outlined a square in the bottom frame of my door, so I called twice and left messages, my last message was just before 2013 fall. No call back. Called back after this years winter, they said they didn't get any messages and they'll help me if I sent pictures of my door via email. This process started in March. By first week of April, pics were sent. Two weeks fly by, nothing. I emailed again...the receptionist, Judy tells me they want more pics (the whole entire door), but it took me to chase them again to tell me this? So I took more pics, sent them and still no response. I emailed again, Judy tells me that they'd now would like to visit and take a look at it, "they will be contacting you directly to do this and can’t exactly say when, they have their own schedule". Well that's nice, agian > why didn't I get notified of this? Its almost mid May and still no response. In the past couple of months of me chasing them every two weeks and only being able to speak with Judy is really annoying and disheartening. Paying for a door that cost me over $2000 only to rust a year later and no one seems to care. So, If you want to buy a product from these folks and something goes wrong; Don't hold your breath for any help, unless you like to play Tag and you're always the "it" person. :(

I had an opportunity to use Lifestyle Oasis (which is the new company name) on 2 occasions. The first one was to overlay vinyl siding over the front of the house where the wood was starting to disintegrate - I was very pleased with the effort put into the project by the team in order to match the colour of the siding to the existing paint. There were some initial issues but George Hughes immediately came over and resolved with the contractor.

The second project was to replace my existing sliding door with a sliding French door style patio door. My dealings with George Hughes on both occasions were smooth and George was very helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for in terms of look, quality etc. While I do need some extra caulking around the patio door (come spring time), I am confident that with their level of customer service, this will be accomplished to my satisfaction. I need to make special mention of Judy, who works in the office - she is very helpful and returned my calls and answered my questions with a lot of patience and clarity.
