I found them in the phone book and I was interested in them because they use the powder and don't wet the carpet during cleaning (in which case you wouldn't be able to walk on it for so many hours) and that was my main priority. Some of the stains didn't come out but I can't really blame them because they could have been set for a long time before hand. Otherwise the service was excellent.

My wife booked this company while I was home and she was back in Ontario vacationing. Originally she dealt with the owner. Owner subcontracted work out. Subcontractor was great to deal with and did a very good job. No issues with the quality of the work; however, there was a disconnect over price. My wife secured a price substantially below what I paid. After, when I spoke to my wife, she told me I overpaid by a couple hundred bucks. She called the owner and explained the situation. There was no argument. He apologized and immediately arranged to reimburse us. Great to deal with. We would definitely deal with them again because of the quality of their work and how they stepped up when we had an issue. The owner clearly "gets it" and obviously plans to be around for the long run.

I have used them 3 times on my rental properties and they are always on time and call ahead to confirm. The crew are friendly, pleasant and courtious. I will use them again when needed.
