Great Service. One of the garage door wheels came off the track and the track was bent too. Called and Ernie came over within an hour. Very knowledgeable guy, went above and beyond, fixed the problem and he also went over to inspect the other parts too, make sure everything is working properly. Great experience! Thank you!

Excellent service. Quote was exactly what they quoted(Louis)! Doors were ordered and even when I changed a look everything was just how we ordered and better! Tim installed- never took a break. Robert did facing that made the whole job look perfect. I would highly recommend this company but the doors sell themselves. Well done all- Andrea too!

Our support wood broke after our hatchback door clipped on to the garage as it was opening.
In the same morning, Ernie came over and with a few minutes fixed the issue and readjusted the door.
He was extremely professionally, punctual, and knowledgable!

I have hired Markham Garage Doors to install new doors and
openers in two of my homes. I recently had an issue with my Richards-Wilcox (RW) doors (which I really like). Chris came to examine the issue and contacted the RW rep. Originally Intended to install my new Chamberlain lifter myself and I was I glad I didn't. It took a lot more skill than I thought!
Service guy was early, pleasant and skilled. Did extra bracing and supports which I never would have done! Install was clean, wires and cords nicely tacked up. VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB. Very reasonable cost. Will call these guys when the other lifter needs replacing.

We had checked out a few garage doors and were very impressed with Chris when we visited Markham Garage Doors Ltd. Chris was very knowledgeable during his pitch and demonstration of their various product offerings whilst providing some excellent suggestions to consider.

John, the installer did a super job. He was punctual, extremely efficient, friendly and skilled as well as being very methodical, working with care and precision. Old garage doors out; new ones installed in record time – a perfect fit. Additionally John cleaned up completely and took the old garage doors as well as the fittings so we did not have to worry about getting rid of the old doors, chains, bolts, etc. etc.

Finally, Robert came by a week later to do the capping with a finesse that has garnered quite a few compliments and I am sure some business too..

Our garage door spring snapped today. It happened before, so these are not the original springs (the door is 17 years old). I had used another service company before, but I can't say it was the absolute best service. Though the repairman was nice, he had a handful of "you need to replace...." and the rest is history. I believe they replaced these springs only 3-4 years ago. I still have the receipt and it was well north of what I wanted to pay.

I decided to call on Markham Garage Doors LTD. They were very courteous on the phone, took down all of my info and had a service person out to our house within 30 minutes of making the call! Ernie was very professional and started right away. I let Ernie do his magic and within an hour he had completely repaired and serviced our door! Ernie only replaced what was necessary (both springs and one cable), but he also checked the entire door, re-tightened every hinge and lubricated every roller and the track. The door (being wood) was so perfectly balanced you could open it effortlessly with one hand! All said and done, Ernie's efforts were very much appreciated and MGD's pricing was FANTASTIC!!! I was really grateful for Ernie being able to come out so quickly and get the job done! Ernie and Markham Garage Doors LTD. are a top notch company, suitable for your every garage door needs. I know our door will need to be replaced soon - I'm going to make sure I use MGD! I highly recommend them for your needs as well! Thank you Ernie and MGD for your professionalism and courtesy.

I called at noon and John came the same day before 5pm. He not only fixed the cables on the garage door but tightened all the door bolts and the light bulb, stapled the rubber at the bottom of the door and oiled everything. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. The best surprise came with the bill when I saw that it cost me $80 less than the other company I paid 6 years ago for the same service. I will definitely call this company again.

My garage door recently broke down and couldn't open because of a broken spring. Chris in Garage Doors LTD gave me an affordable price to fix it and it has been working fine ever since. Also John of LTD was very polite in explaining as to how Garage doors work. He was on time too. I recommend both of them if you choose to pick this company. They are honest and also serves quality customer service. If you ever need a garage door fixed or changed, they are the ones to go to!

Another great experience with Markham Garage Doors. They installed a new garage door for me a few years ago and were great so when I needed a new opener, I called MGD. As previously, a price was given on my first conversation with Kevin. Install date arranged and Chris showed up right on time. Fast, friendly and efficient.
