I didn’t want this to be a long narrative so used bullet points. Simply put: for window replacement, Optima is the best way to go.
· Chris, our representative was very knowledgeable during his pitch and demonstration of Optima’s product offerings whilst providing some excellent suggestions to consider. Additionally, post the instalment, I noticed that the door to the yard was the white model as opposed to the special colour as the rest of our windows. On informing Chris, he rectified this immediately (at no additional cost to us). Chris is not only very professional, he can also be relied on to ensure that everything is completed to the customer’s utmost satisfaction and I can personally attest to this.
· Arthur and his crew did a super job. They were punctual, respectful, helpful, efficient, friendly, and skilled as well as being very methodical, working with care and precision. They were considerate of our outdoor gardens and interior deco; being careful near our furniture and personal belongings when moving around with their tools and materials.
· It was a very quick install and very neat clean-up. Old windows out; new windows in – a perfect fit; they provided what I would term ‘white glove service’ and Arthur said they are proud to call this their standard service i.e. they covered everything in fabric before the installation and post installation cleaned everything up, leaving our home spotless.
One of the most important aspects of dealing with Optima has been the quality of the people involved in every step of the process. We could not have had a nicer bunch of guys to work with who have the expertise as well as the commitment to making sure that every aspect of the job was done right. We will definitely recommend them to family and friends.
