We smelled gas and called Enbridge who came in and shut off the gas supply. Next call - to Dave at Reliable Home Comfort! He sent Jaime because of the difficult nature of repairing the leak. Jaime did a great job and fixed a couple of other things that he noticed as well. Thanks Jaime!

I had a new furnace installed by Reliabe in March of this year.
Imagine my suprise when I got a call from Dave last week (Sept) saying it was time to service it.
Dave came in with a student-Rob who did a great job checking both units (furnace and ac)and answering all my questions.
These guys are easy to talk you, the know their stuff, and I believe they give the best advice.

I shopped around called direct energy, and three other heating and air companies.I found that Reliable Heat Comfort (services) to be the best price out of all the others. What impressed me the most was their service, their professionalism, and quality. The crew that installed the furnace and hot water tank, were very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was being done. I would recommend Reliable Heat services for who ever is looking for a new heating system in their home. Great Job Guys!!

Today the 30 th of sept 2010 these guys have done a job at my home. I was very impressed with Jaime Blondent work and in particular his cautiousness to preventive safety measures. He had excercised an excellent training and coaching of his peer Robert Alonzi.

We had a great experience with Dave and his crew - we had just bought a house with an old furnace, and although the inspector assured us it would last a while yet, it konked out in the dead of winter. We found out that it couldn't be repaired, and got quotes from a few service providers - Reliable Home Comfort was the most reasonable for a high efficiency furnace that had good online reviews for performance. Dave had a crew over within a day to completely replace the furnace, and helped us come up with a plan to handle the cost. The furnace works beautifully, they hooked the air conditioner back up and cleaned up after the job...got the whole thing done in one day. I definitely recommend them for their friendly, helpful, speedy and high quality service.

For my rental property I was looking for something really cost effective. Got introduced to Dave at their CNE booth by another vendor selling different brands across the hall. He had some good things to say about Dave's technical expertise in installation and servicing of Good Man brand. Got a very competitive quote for new Good Man brand furnace and AC next day by Rob.
Jamie and Steve worked quiet hard and had a long day installing the equipments. They came across some minor hiccups and surprises along the way but handled everything quiet well in the end.
Rob provided me with the OPA formalities the next day to get my rebates.
So far Dave's team has met or exceeded my expectations.

Great work! My AC broke a few weeks ago, so I spoke to Dave to fix the problem. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes and I have had no problems since then. I was very happy with his work and he is very professional.
