Reliable Home Comfort

Dave and his crew installed my new high efficiency furnace and A/C just over a year ago, and did an outstanding job. They were true to their word, on time, on budget and very attentive in their follow-up process. Yesterday, I called to ask about getting my annual inspection done, along with a new furnace filter. They referred me to their cleaning contractor, Robert. Within two hours of calling Robert, he was at my door with the filter in hand, ready to work. He was courteous, friendly and extremely efficient. The inspection was free, I only had to pay for the filter. It's obvious that everyone connected to Reliable Home Comfort is the top of their class, thank you for all you do!

I called Reliable Home Comfort @ 10am on boxing day and by 11:30 Jamie called to get my exact address and he arrived @ 12 noon. Jamie was friendly and very knowledgeble on what his doing and very professional in dealing with customer. I have a great experience with Reliable and I will recommend the company to everyone.

Dave and Rob were extremely professional in selling me a HVAC system tailored to my needs. I had three estimates and their estimate fell in the middle. The reason I chose Reliable Home Comfort was the trust that they gained from me. The installation was completed by Jamie and was accompolished over two days. The installation occured as scheduled and one follow up trip was also completed on schedule. I am very satisfied with the equipment, Reliable Home Comfort and the Installation.

Had 3 quotes, two of the others listed here with high ratings wanted to add more and rebuild. Dave came out on Sunday, showed exceptional knowledge and thoughtfulness. Took time to explain options and technical benefits in an effortless manner. He arrived with crew on scheduled date and time. Job ran longer than 1 day, he attended at the end of that day to apologize (it was raining and could not install metal chimney on roof in rain for safety). He apologized profusely and showed the next morning to complete.
They just called to schedule the FREE inspection and cleaning.

Reliable Home Comfort was recommended to us by friends when we were looking at replacing our furnace. We had me with 3 other companies, and ended up choosing Reliable. We were as pleased as our friends were with the service. From the first person we contacted,to the men who removed our furnace (who worked straight through from 9 in the morning until 9 at night) and installed a high-efficiency furnace, to Robert A. who came to do the free furnace check up, everyone has been as their name says "reliable" and professional. They have assisted us with our questions regarding rebates and everything has been accurate. We ended up with rebates that eventually reduced our cost to $2500.00.

Let me lead with I'm very happy with Reliable Home Comfort. Yes, they did a great job and are nice people - but mostly because they stuck by me even when things went wrong. Not that anything was their fault - sometimes jobs are just cursed. I have an old house and was converting from oil and so perhaps it was a little more complex then most jobs, but it seemed like if something weird was going to happen it was going to happen on this job. Despite whatever curse I was under, Reliable got the job done and with a great attitude. Who could ask for anything better then a company who sticks by you until the end. Rob and Jamie were both great and of course Dave is the man. Thank guys!

We purchased a new furnace last January and it has been running very smoothly and saving us money in heating costs. Robert just came by to do the free annual furnace check and he was very helpful and friendly. Have had nothing but great experiences with Dave and his crew.

Our 6yr old Goodman furnace broke down and gave Reliable a call based on the reviews. Spoke to Dave and he sent in his technician Walter to diagnose the problem. Once he arrived within 10 mins he figured out it was a board issue and informed me he would be back the next morning. I've dealt with technicians before and they're notoriously late. Well that definitely didn't happen, he promptly called in the morning, dropped by and fixed the furnace. Walter even helped clean the other components just to ensure optimal performance - now that's what I call service.

Furnace would not turn on one week ago. Called company that installed the furnace seven years ago. Their serviceman come twice, but could not locate problem. It was very cold first several days of October 2010. Was desperate for warmth, but nothing was happening. Called Air Heating Plus company that services furnaces. Serviceman, Renato Boskovic come immediately. Spent good 1.5 hr. testing and locating the problem. Found the problem. Arranged himself Reliable Home Comfort as authorized service company for my furnace manufacturer, told them what part to bring and pleaded that they come immediately. Using his time, his association, but did not even wanted to be paid for service call. This should be known, that humanity still has people in service industry that would do service out of compassion for elderly and sick, as I am.
Then one outstanding professional is in good association with other outstanding professional at Reliable Home Comfort who sent me Walter White.
The same day Walter come with part as was advised by Renato. I showed him furnace in the basement. Went upstairs to pour him glass of juice. And come down to hear furnace working and Walter just closing panels.
It was like a miracle. Clean, neat, professional in every respect. Total satisfaction and highest recommendation to both man, Walter White and Renato Boskovic, from both companies: Reliable Home Comfort and Air Heating Plus.
