Furnace would not turn on one week ago. Called company that installed the furnace seven years ago. Their serviceman come twice, but could not locate problem. It was very cold first several days of October 2010. Was desperate for warmth, but nothing was happening. Called Air Heating Plus company that services furnaces. Serviceman, Renato Boskovic come immediately. Spent good 1.5 hr. testing and locating the problem. Found the problem. Arranged himself Reliable Home Comfort as authorized service company for my furnace manufacturer, told them what part to bring and pleaded that they come immediately. Using his time, his association, but did not even wanted to be paid for service call. This should be known, that humanity still has people in service industry that would do service out of compassion for elderly and sick, as I am.
Then one outstanding professional is in good association with other outstanding professional at Reliable Home Comfort who sent me Walter White.
The same day Walter come with part as was advised by Renato. I showed him furnace in the basement. Went upstairs to pour him glass of juice. And come down to hear furnace working and Walter just closing panels.
