Reliable Home Comfort

I was looking for a reliable local company to disconnect my AC condenser while my Patio was being worked on. I came across Reliable Home Comfort on Home Stars and was impressed with their reviews. I was worried that they would try to sell me a new unit as my AC system is over 20 years old. They came over to look at my unit to see what condition it was in. After looking at it, they agreed that it was in good condition to work on and that a new unit was not in order. Bob and Dave were very pleasant to deal with. They even stored my condenser unit for me until the work was done. They respond to my phone calls quickly and managed to work around my schedule. Great guys to deal with. I will definitely use them again in the future,

After looking into several companies I went with Reliable to install a furnace, a/c and duct work in my commercial unit. My shop took about 3 days to complete and it works and looks great. I would recommend Reliable to anyone and everyone.

My furnace wasn't working for at least a week. I didn't know what was wrong with it and I couldn't get a professional to come and check it out for me. I was calling a lot of different people and they all said they we not able to come and check it out for me. Finally I was given the number for "Reliable Home Comfort". Once I was given their number, I called them right away. I spoke to a technician named Rob who was willing to come over to my home to check out my furnace for me. When Rob came and checked out my furnace, it didn't take him long to find out what the problem was. Once he knew what the problem was, Rob acted quick and fixed what was wrong. He was really friendly and kind. The service was quick and my furnace was up and running the same day I made the call. Reliable Home Comfort is definitely the right choice when it comes to problems with your furnace. Because of them, not only my home is warm but, my family is too. While I usually don’t write review on any services or products, this time I have to.

The service delivered by Dav and Rob was way more than I expected. They came on time, covered the floor, removed shoes and took time to finish their work. The job was very clean and detailed.

Now it comes to the part to prove how reliable they are. The AC was installed in Saturday afternoon. However, it couldn’t start. Trouble shooting really took time. They left around 9pm and came back on Monday and installed a new AC unit when I was at work. Still no luck. Monday night, they came back again. It turned out that half of electrical panel in my house has no power! During the whole process, they were very patient and professional. For the money I paid the services I got from them, I am MORE than happier.

Not only did Reliable Home Comfort offer a competitive quote, they offered great service on the install. They were accomodating to my schedule and didn't rush the job. They took their time to make sure the job was done right the first time, and that I was completely satisfied before they left. I would use them again in a second, or recomemnd them to any family member or friend.

We obtained several quotes last fall for a new high energy efficiency furnace and Reliable had the lowest quote. In the past we have run into problems when selecting the lowest quote for our home renovations but I am happy to say that has not been the case with Reliable. They did a great job with the installation and the furnace works well. What really sets Reliable apart however is their great service. Our furnace recently stopped working and they came out the same day to check it out. The problem turned out to be caused by an extreme amount of dust due to concrete work that was being done in the basement. Rob cleaned out our furnace and replaced the filter without charge.

I called Dave and Rob today because i was having a small problem with my furnace. I was hoping to get an appointment for the earliest spot they had available.(expecting the end of the week). They told me that they would stop by this evening. Great! They showed up and Rob went right to work. I really liked the fact that not only did he fix the problem, he also explained everything that was going on. I would recommend Rob and Reliable Home Comfort to anyone. Great People! Great Service!

I just moved into my home and I wanted to get a more efficient and reliable furnace with a warranty. I used Dave in the past so I called him up and he came by the very same day. He gave me great advice and price. A week later Dave and his team installed my furnace and helped me with a few other issues.
