Reliable Home Comfort

i bought a new house, and needed to find someone who could come quickly to install my air conditioner. Rob showed up with another guy, installed the air conditioner quickly, the price was great, they helped with any quiestion i had, and did a great job! i would recommend these guy to anyone in the future.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the work these guys did when installing a new high efficiency furnace. Dave, the owner is a very knowledgable individual and sized up the problems with my old furnace immediately. Jamie and rob were quick, friendly and efficient when installing the new unit. Great job guys!

We've had a Goodman furnace installed by Reliable home Comfort two years ago. Every year they inspect and clean the furnace that is included when you buy the furnace. We purchase new filters from them every time. They are in line with purchasing them from the manufacturer, but they deliver. Rob also came back to adjust the blower motor to meet our needs. Great service and great people. I also recommended them to my co-worker who had a humidifier installed. All is good.

Knowing my AC was nearing its end, I found Reliable on HomeStars and was blown away by the reviews - figured I had to call for no other reason then to see what all the hoopla was about. Well, Rob and Dave certainly delivered on all the hype. They were friendly, fast and absolutely reasonable. The job turned out to be a lot more complicated then first suspected (old homes tend to be that way), but the quote stuck and their positive and expedient work finished on time. I have refered Reliable to two other people who were equally satisfied. I will continue to refer these guys to anyone who needs AC/Furnance etc. Thanks guys!!

Jaime and Dave were great. My heat wasn't working and they came out quickly to assess the problem and provide a temporary fix. They came back promptly to install my new furnace and did fantastic work. I will enthusiastically recommend Reliable to anyone in need of immediate attention and great service.

We were enjoying a quiet evening in last night when something in our basement went BANG! and then everything went eerily quiet. The furnace had conked out and the temperature in our home was dropping. We did what little troubleshooting we could and finally realized we'd have to bundle up and wait until morning. I researched technicians on HomeStars and these guys were number one...plus the actual written reviews were impressive. So I gave them and a few others a call. Reliable Home Comfort told me that they'd be happy to come look at the furnace, but that I should call the installer first because the furnace might still be on warranty (we weren't 100% sure because we only bought the house 3 years ago and the furnace was installed in 2007, but we didn't know what the exact installation date was). I called the installer (who shall remain nameless but is a large and well known company) and they told me that the furnace was no longer on warranty, and they'd be happy to come out and take a look at it, for a $109 fee. I called HomeStars back right away and they sent Jamie out to take a look at it later the same day. Jamie discovered that the motor had died and immediately replaced it. He also pointed out that the exhaust piping is not up to code (he's right, I checked - thank you again original installer) and will be coming out to fix this next week. Jamie was friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. I'm thrilled with the service so far, and am sure my husband and I will be equally as thrilled with next week's work. Highly recommend Reliable Home Comfort based on our experience with them so far.

I would like to express my gratitude to Dave - the company owner, and Jamie and Rob A who installed our new furnace and hot water tank. They did fantastic job. Jamie and Rob A demonstrated top skills, and had very pleasant attitude, worked fast and left place clean. It was a pleasure to deal with them, they answered all the questions and provided advise and recommendations, explained how equipment works and how it can be adjusted for our daily needs.
These people care about their reputation and do their best to make sure everything installed properly and to your satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company to people who are looking for quality job, knowledge, reliability and affordable prices. Our furnace runs perfectly now, it's very quiet and energy efficient.

About a week before Christmas our furnace broke down. We had to get it fixed quickly since we have a new born. After reading a few reviews on the site we've called a selected few companies for a quote.

Everyone we called told us they can't do it so quickly. Only Dave understood that we're not just some anal clients that want everything 'now, now, now'. We were just parents concerned about our baby's health. Dave came over next day and assessed the problem with our furnace. After estimating the repair costs, we decided that it wasn't worth spending $500 on a 20 year-old furnace. We decided that we'd like to install a new furnace.

Dave took his time explaining what our options were on the furnace type as well as the installation options. He suggested what we should get, how we should install it, and most importantly, why.

Dave was kind enough to move his schedule around to fit us in and got the new furnace installed 2 days later. Dave help us go through energy audit to get the government tax rebate as well. Dave and his team are rockstars to us.

We've had a Goodman furnace installed by Reliable home Comfort , which we had a problem with. After calling Reliable to help us with the situation, we are hoping the problem has been resolved.
Initially upon calling Reliable we were not able to connect with any of the numbers, including the emergency number which was distressing to say the least. Rob and Dave were very apologetic for the turn of events concerning the phones, but they were very eager to correct the problem. The followup from them on the problem was efficient and professional. The company representative is extremely knowledgeable and very amenable to discussing different options. He took the time to ensure I was confident in my final selection. The installation was quick, the technicians pleasant, courteous and tidy. They even moved out my washer/dryer, reinstalled it and took away the old tank. Thank you Dave! You are a professional extraordinaire! I would definitely recommend this company.
