My experience with Reliable started with a visit by Dave Chaddock. He came out on a Sunday morning and arrived on time. He walked me through the process, was very informative, seemed very transparent about their products and service and gave a very competitive price. After gathering a few other quotes, I decided that I had the most confidence in Dave and his team and that his price represented fantastic value. We set a date and I asked Dave to send his best guys. Jaime and Kwame were friendly, thorough, and total pros. We got the impression that they love what they do. The install in my inner city semi was tricky. Space was tight and venting was a challenge. But they figured it all out and it all went smoothly. Along the way, Jaime carefully explained what they were doing and showed great pride in the work. They worked hard, were always polite and conscientious and cleaned up after themselves. I felt that they care and can be trusted. They were recommended to me and I highly recommend Reliable Home Comfort.

- I found it helpful to get quotes from companies who offered the same equipment so I could remove that from the equation. It seems to me that ALL equipment gets both high and low marks in reviews online and that the wisdom is that a good installation is what matters most.
