Thank you for letting us know how you feel about your recent moving experience. Your feedback is taken seriously, for we are constantly looking for ways to improve our services. We would like to take the opportunity and provide needed clarification.
Our records show that you acknowledge and confirmed our booking confirmation email which clearly stated the "all inclusive" price included small sized truck, TRAVEL TIME, gas and insurance. What you signed for on the contract was merely a breakdown of the "all inclusive" price. Travel time by no means was charged twice. The hourly rate remained as quoted and that can be verified via a copy of a detailed receipt.
The booking confirmation email also states that 2 complimentary wardrobes are provided for your use. It does not say they are for sale.
You also acknowledged the payment terms shown in the booking confirmation email which stated CASH and email money transfer as two payment options. Had we been let know that the two payment option are not applicable for you, we could have informed on the credit card acceptance with 3% administration fee incurred.
Our records show that your move took 3.5 hours which complied very well with our estimate (2.5 to 3.5 hours). ALL in all, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused during the move.

We would like to thank you for taking the time and letting us know how you feel about your recent moving experience. We would like to ensure you that we take your feedback seriously. Although you received 100% positive satisfaction with Miracle Movers Customer Service (as evidenced in Miracle Movers Survey), we would like to express our regret in regard to the "incident" described above. At the same time, however, we would like to acknowledge few important aspects. The foreman informed the customer before using the wardrobes that there is a rental fee for extra wardrobe boxes, for the movers used 6 and intended to charge for 4 (2 wardrobe boxes were provided at no cost). This seemed to be agreeable for the customer. However, upon completion of the move, customer refused to pay the rental fee for the extra wardrobe boxes. The charges were waived as soon as the customer confirmed the office did not approve them. ***Please note that the boxes did help save up to 40 minutes of your time and reduced your bill by as much as $27.50 + HST.

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank you for taking the time and effort to let us know how you feel about your recent moving experience. We can see that we did not fully meet your expectations and we want to ensure that we take your issue seriously.
That being said, we would like to acknowledge few points.
In regard to your request for a 3 seat truck, as mentioned in your review on Homestars, our policy and safety regulations do not allow any customer in our trucks during the transportation process; moreover, our records show no such request has been made prior to your move date. Upon request, we can print and send copies of email transcripts to underline everything which was agreed upon prior to the move day.
As regards the incapability of the moving crew to assemble your bed, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Even though our moving crew is very skillful at assembling beds, it certainly was an isolated case, for they had to handle shortly afterwards an extremely time sensitive moving job. Please, do not accept it as an excuse. We merely ask for trust that we will learn our lesson and ensure genuine customer service and excellent moving experience in the future.

Trouble-free move from one apartment to another!
Allow me to start with relaying our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused by the delay of our moving crew on the moving day. I want to assure you that once your complaint was received we did our best in trying to restore your confidence in us. We decided to refund you the expenses for the extra 1/2 hour consumed on the move as a result of our delayed arrival. However the preparations of the refund check and the subsequent mailing took time. At this moment all paperwork was completed and our records indicate the refunded amount was cashed. We do hope this helps restore your trust in our moving company. Please, once again accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused by the unfortunate delay. We do not claim to be perfect and every negative experience is viewed as an opportunity to improve the quality of our services. We do not ask you to delete your negative review as it was a good lesson for us. At the same time we still hope you will update your reviews to reflect that the conflict was resolved to your satisfaction.
