Although the movers did arrive in time, and were very fast and handled my belongings carefully, I was shocked when they told me that I can't come with them in the moving truck to the delivery location because there were only 2 seats in the truck ! And when I booked them, I had requested very clearly to have a 3 seat truch as I am not driving ! So I had to take a taxi and public transportation and it took me for ever to get to moving in location and during much of this time they just waited in the truck in the back of the apt. building and they charged me for that time ! This is unacceptable and it was a real bad customer experience ! Also, at the end, when I kindly asked them to set up my bed they told me they can't because they have to rush to the next customer. But I was their customer right there needing a little hand with that ! All the movers I used before (from other mover service companies) did that for me. So just be very careful with everything you are requesting when booking this company's services because they can screw you !

That being said, we would like to acknowledge few points.
In regard to your request for a 3 seat truck, as mentioned in your review on Homestars, our policy and safety regulations do not allow any customer in our trucks during the transportation process; moreover, our records show no such request has been made prior to your move date. Upon request, we can print and send copies of email transcripts to underline everything which was agreed upon prior to the move day.
As regards the incapability of the moving crew to assemble your bed, we would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Even though our moving crew is very skillful at assembling beds, it certainly was an isolated case, for they had to handle shortly afterwards an extremely time sensitive moving job. Please, do not accept it as an excuse. We merely ask for trust that we will learn our lesson and ensure genuine customer service and excellent moving experience in the future.Please, feel free to contact us with any suggestions or further comments you may have.
